“There was once a time where Rosegal was a safe and fair place to order, however, things have changed. I returned an item and they said it was not in the package. Secondly, when they were issuing return for $5.99 with their own tracking system things were good, then they did away with that gave the responsibility to the customer and the burden on us to make sure they received the return. I was issue an RMA# and I sent via us postal and when I saw in the system that return was pending for weeks I questioned why so long and the customer service keep referring to another item and other RMA # I told them to look at their system for my RMA# that I keep giving you and the item number and give me a status. Then after over 30 days of their dodging the refund, they want my receipt of the postal and I told them that they had received it and it showed processing pending that it was not necessary to give them anything more they already had it in their system showing received and pending. I went around and around over a $27 item. That amount of money seems to matter more to them that the real low rating is not as important. I am done with order anymore items thru Rosegal. There are other sites that I am using that have a much more congenial customer service, instead of trying to devert the issue of my return to some other issues.”

“The products are beautiful both online and when you get them. And customer service is excellent! If something does happen to go wrong, they are very pleasant, apologetic and quite to make it right.”

Lovely to be able to purchase such beautiful clothes that take me back to my younger years. After sales service is excellent, agents are always very friendly and helpful. I had a speed bump with this delivery, it happens anywhere, but what is most important is how easily the problem was solved. I look forward to my next Magical Shopping Experience. I'm definitely a fan and will continue to recommend RoseGal to all my family and friends.”

“I'm very satisfied with the time I got the ordered product (order Z1901260313298775). It was very well packed and qith great quality. Kids love the toy and I'd definately order similar one on Rosegal website. Furthermore, support was very responsive to my queries - all questions were answered immidiately. I highly recommend Rosegal to everyone!!!”

“I have made several orders from this store. It has a great collection of home and gadget stuff but also from clothing for both men and women. I bought some towels and a stand for my house, Z1903120222308177. The order arrived fast with Belgium Post. I will be making more purchases soon.”

“Did a lot of shopping on rosegal. Everything has always been excellent. All purchases reached a deadline, there was no dearth. If there was a problem the store quickly and independently solved it. I recommend everyone to buy only here. The last product arrived very quickly, literally in 10, as always very pleased with everyone. Thank you ROSEGAL !!”
