“Very nice oak sideboard..had to struggle to get it in the house as we were not in when delivered..they said they had waited 20 mins and drove off”

“I purchased 4 items very pleased with the items except the way it was delivered. I have taken a photo or one of the chest of drawers very bashed and has marked the chest. I will send a photo dont think it's worth the hassle of sending it back.”

“Delivery ubelievably fast. Packaging was excellent, felt no damage could occur with the amount of packaging. Unit is very well made and strong. My only negative remark is the colour, I ordered Ivory, it said Ivory on the box but looks distinctly grey!”

“Fast delivery, well protected and damage free on unwrapping. Small imperfections such as knot marks but excellent overall. Looks good so very pleased with the result and good value at the price.”

“Easy website to navigate. Delivery date and time as promised. Packaging arrived (on a dry day) with one edge slightly waterlogged from its storage, but luckily the mildew was mainly on the hardboard packaging and had only very sightly spread to the back panel, which will not be seen.”

“A lovely piece of furniture. Only drawback was that the bolts used to fix the handles on were too short and had to be replaced; luckily we had some. Not happy with the delivery though! Was texted early what time the sideboard would be delivered but had a call from the delivery person that he had arrived at the house and no one was in; he was an hour early and the house was empty as no one had moved in yet. He gave us 10 minutes to get to the house and was leaving the sideboard on the doorstep if we weren't there (it was raining). He also said he was not given the instruction to text 30 minutes before delivery (as house was empty and we needed to get there)!! He also said he was not allowed to put the furniture inside the house...good thing we weren't old or disabled!!!”

“The chest when it arrived was badly damaged,contacted customer services who very quickly arranged a replacement. This arrived within 4 days and is lovely,just what I wanted, Perfect size for bedroom.”

“Units arrived on time but had damage to back panel probably caused by delivery company contacted Roseland directly who offered us a replacement unit or discount we are happy with outcome and Roseland dealt quickly with our issue”

“The unit itself is excellent and everything we expected. In fact, we've ordered another, slightly smaller one, to fill in a space where we need a bit more storage. The first unit was also delivered earlier than anticipated, which was fine. They are a bit pricey though.”

“Beautiful furniture & very good quality. However, stating ‘minimal assembly required’ is an understatement. Wardrobe base was intact but doors had to be assembled & whilst instructions were clear, the door panels did not line up correctly and it took several attempts. Think the level of assembly should be made clear on product details.”
