Rotessa has been an awesome addition for us. We are saving money on credit card processing fees. We are saving time not chasing people for new credit cards or late payments. Our accountants are so pleased with how everything is balancing. Whenever we have a question or concern, we are able to get support within minutes (hours if it is late in the day). By far the best support I have received from a digital solution!

Setting up your revenue stream with Rotessa comes with a risk of shut down without notice. It happened to us, and they provided us no tools to mitigate that risk to our bottom line. We began in February of 2023 setting up several thousand in monthly contracts. Mid April, they closed our account, no warning email, no phone call, and no process to resolve the perceived conflict. They cited a failure to pay fees, which they had been withdrawing automatically. Confused? Us too. Now we must, without notice, frantically replace their service, reach out to all our customers and attempt to minimize the damage to us. This had a massive direct impact on our retail revenue stream as all our lay away revenue was 100% transferred to Rotessa. We completely adopted and integrated their service into our business processes. The shut down had no exiting procedures for us to use to minimize the impact and financial losses. Surely it is a mistake, we emailed, yet after 72 hours we had no response! No phone numbers, chat said they will get back to us. We had to send a reminder email with a deadline to finally get a response. They told us our transaction is high risk as typically a failure to draw funds is the payor avoiding fees (about $60 bucks). Yes, you read that right, $60 bucks. Small fact, in the pipeline we have about $15,000 in signed contracts with them. The risk is actually zero!!! It was disappointing and insulting. I’ll explain why. We explained by email the financial impact on us requesting a month to allow us time to restructure our business and transition our clients. They would not engage us in negotiations in any way. Rotessa demonstrated a complete disregard for the negative financial impacts they had on our business, over $60 bucks. Yes, that’s insulting. So, there it is, for us Rotessa is a partner that disappointed beyond measure. They’re shortfall in processes to resolve disputes and complete disregard for our financial losses (over $60 bucks) was unexpected. Perhaps one day they will be able to provide some security against the risks of a revenue stream shut down like we experienced, but that is not today. Partner at your own risk and we hope you do not get burned like us. Good luck folks.

I would like to know why Rotessa initially engaged in my request for help via your chat feature in Rotessa, but when I responded back and asked for further help, I simply received a message that your system was busy (or something like that) and it's now been 3 days and I have not had a response. One of your questions in this review asks if I'd like to attach a photo to support my review - then doesn't provide anywhere to attach anything.

Don't use this service. Their customer service is awful. You can't even get someone on the phone. They are very deceptive when it comes to their transaction limits. They fail to disclose, right at the beginning, that they have a daily and per transaction limit. They put me in a very bad position with my customers because they failed to calculate how many transactions and how much in transactions i would be processing. Their inability to anticipate their customers needs makes them look like a bunch of amateurs. Try using Fatt Merchant instead out of Orlando, Fl. Much better company!

I just wanted to let you know that I think your service is awesome. I use it for 3 of my commercial buildings, I recommended it to my accountant and now he even signed up for your accountant partner program. My brother uses it for his client payments. And I have recommended it to a number of my other clients. So I want to say thank you for making just a simple and easy product that just works. (and is reasonably priced).

Rotessa is extremely user friendly. Saves time and money (the tiered pricing is great as we build this part of our donor base), and our donors don't have any trouble signing up online. After a lot of research looking for a direct debit solution, Rotessa was a clear winner for us. Thank you!!

Rotessa has been a great solution for The HUB, a co-working space with over 100 members who have unique needs to their financial billing process. Rotessa is easy to use, and has fabulous online support. Talking to live people in real time is a must for me, and Rotessa has built trust and respect right from day 1. When I inquired they provided great explanations about their platform, and most importantly shared their awesome values and philosophy when it comes to business and finances.

Rotessa has made our lives so much easier. Switching over from processing checks monthly to instead having the recurring payments automatically withdrawn monthly has saved us time, money and it is so simple! We would highly recommend Rotessa!

The payments take to long to be deposited also the rate you charge is to high for services and NSF comparing to cometion.
