Absolutely disgusting. Tracked 48h shipping. After 5 days still sitting in the mail office in Leeds l and not delivered to the local one. I've received text about date and time but didn't come. Wasted whole day. Changed my appointment for day after then again same thing. The costumer service is absolutely useless. Waiting over 60 minutes to be able talk to someone and getting wrong info and advice from them. Shame on royal mail. At least Change the name to something else. Dragging ROYAL name is like a big joke. And this is not the first time same thing happening.

I cancelled a postage bought online and applied for a refund which they say takes up to 28 days! Their system does not generate a confirmation of this so you have no way of proving it later. When no refund was received after 3 months I emailed the customer service. The reply came back that I'd cancelled the collection service not the postage which is a lie as there was no way of opting out of that in the first place. It is now too late to apply for a refund! Lesson is: never use their online postage service!

Well well well , another royal mail mess up Has anyone tried to contact them well its a waste of time So send them message and that's a waste of time Try to phone them and guess what a waste of time So the moral to this story is waste of time They have no customer service

Yet again I'm sent a message this morning jnforming me that a parcel had been received by Royal Mail and they would be deleting tge same day between 8.29am to 12.29pm. At 4.30pm and changing my plans I'm still waiting in doors. No update or further message received to keep me updated. If the parcel wasn't so important to me I would of gone out. Unfortunately last year I was diagnosed with two benign brain tumours, for some reason one doubled in size within 8 weeks and wanted to surgically remove it as it had aggreviated my brain causing extensive swelling. I had the surgery earlier this year with the trauma of surgery and collapsing I started suffering with thinning of my hair which is fine. My parcel contains a hair treatment to start, to assist with stopping the loss and stimulate growth. You would of thought when Royal Mail was privatised tge service would of been better, but actually it is worse yet we are paying considerably alot more for a poor service. In the future we will see a change with Royal Mail especially now less people send letters and cards etc.

Royal Mail is useless. There complaints process is useless. Links do not work. It’s broken. Old and not fit for purpose. Why do we pay for a service so rubbish RIP Royal Mail. Be gone!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hopeless website and thoroughly incompetent support. Enter all the details, which can take some time for an international shipment and when you click on pay, the button greys out.

The service they currently provide is pathetic. They open only 2 hours a day. If you are a working person, you have to take day off work just to get your parcel. People should stop using their service untill they improve it. It is absolutely pathetic!!!

Terrible customer service when a parcel gets lost even though the parcel is labelled correctly with printed labels on front & reverse , which are water proof and firmly fixed with 2 lots of labels . Still Royal Mail looses it and then sells consumers items for auction to make money from consumers losses . Royal Mail is no longer a trusted brand !

Royal Mail are a bunch of losers that can't seem to do their jobs properly and can't seem to get it right whenever you complain lol the amount of times I've had to complain about the postman for our road it's unbelievable you complain and nothing gets done why have they still got someone like that working in this area someone who is uneducated and unqualified and can't seem to read properly it's been going on since 2019 I live on top of another person I can't even express enough of how uncomfortable I feel living in this accommodation trying to get moved out even more uncomfortable knowing that my male keeps going down to the person downstairs especially as it's been opened up that could beeen avoided if that man was to do his job properly and if there was to train him up they were saying maybe he needs extra training when I complain I said how much more training does he need to have before he's going to get it right lol I can see why Royal Mail are in a bad spotlight as they've been on the news I'm actually thinking of taking it to the news because it's disgusting that my male keeps going downstairs especially as it was a finance letter so obviously the person knows about balance and about what I'm paying personal information why not let the whole neighborhood know uneducated Royal Mail and lots of Neighbours that live in this area that I'm living in it's a bad Neighbourhood and it's lots of nosy neighbours as well

Paid for track and signed for next day delivery.but delivery never attempted they returned the parcel back to me saying refusing to accept. Recipient's address is a shop. So that I can prove with cctv that they never tried to deliver. Try to talk to the customer service and they pretended they didn't hear the tracking no.they could hear everything else though.

Hello. I paid for next day delivery. I waited at home all day to pick it up. Nobody knocked on my door. When I checked my email, I saw that "delivery was attempted but failed." I don't understand why, since I was at home all day. I called the special complaints line and after half an hour they apologized and promised delivery tomorrow. I waited all day today and paid more for delivery to get it the next day. This is nonsense

They constantly underdeliver, 24 hour tracking is taking weeks, no compensation and no way to complain, just have to suffer this situation which gets worse and worse, just privatise it already so it can become accountable at the very least

I have a strong feeling someone is trying so hard to run it down for privatisation otherwise, how can you tell me that on 2 different occasions RM put down on tracking history delivery attempted when no soul crossed my home for delivery. First time it happened, it took contacting customer service (after waiting on queue for 40 minutes) over the phone for investigation to be opened and my parcel was delivered after one week delay. Today I’m waiting for another parcel which was meant to have arrived yesterday but again RM bogus “attempted delivery” shows up on tracking history after waiting all day for my parcel. I’m just sick and tired of this nonsense from RM.

Royal Mail online postage service is not easy to follow if you dont want the collection by the postman service .Its difficult to find the option to defer the collection service unless you put it into the basket,so you end up toing and froing the pages.the option for the opt out of collection service should be put on the first page

They keep saying they tried to deliver my package but they never even try. They don't even enter the street. I must also wait 30 minutes each time I am trying to speak to a human. So fed up with them. Worst delivery service I've ever encountered.

Redirection is not re directing and no one to get hold of on the phone, on line form asks for reference number you dont have. Sick of these companies having no contact options, the country has done to the dogs

The worst delivery company They lie about order being refused (they know saying no one at home will mean they have to drop PROOF they were there) Before I order I ask every company I want to order from who they use and if they say RM I tell them I cant order from them as they are using the worst providers. I tell them they can either change to a different provider who risk keep losing more customers.

Had message to say you had attempted to deliver parcel but failed. I was home at the time mentioned. No card left. It’s now at depot which I can’t get to due to work.

Utterly useless, parcel was posted first class 5 days ago. No sign of it whatsoever, no accountability from Royal Mail whatsoever. Close it down and leave it to people that know how to do a simple job, you incompetent tossers.
