I have found the service to be quite good but the recent annual price increases are ridiculously high. Privatisation of Royal Mail has been a disaster.

Got package in 6 days from Poland... not the fastest company, but for this price (less than half than GLS), 6 days is acceptable for me.

Customer service was brilliant to me, price was awesome, delivery was so fast but specially happy as they handled my parcel with lots of care, and I do appreciate it. Thanks Royal Mail.

Liar company, twice in a row lied they came to collect parcels from my address, when my camera was checked no one ever turned up. Bunch of liar rats. You are meant to trust the delivery service with your parcels, how can this be when they are a bunch of liar rats.

Sent two letters by tracked delivery - when checking to see if they had been delivered all I got was the message to say you have it, and the next message I would receive would be when an attempted delivery was made.

Returns Process - Difficult

So my address visible for returns in case of non delivery (won’t hold my breath) Labels affixed by postman and scanned as shown as collected but tracking is pointless (An update will only be provided when we attempt to deliver your item) it would appear both packages have now gone missing, disappeared, vanished, pilfered ??? in a period of a week.

And what a laugh that the Gov uses it for PCR tests? With their mailing times? The local PO box was spewing pcr returns the other day.

My package was not delivered because I was out. They didn't left any card. the item was sent back to National Returns Center instead of the seller. The seller made a claim and they answered after more than 1 month to say that I could get my package back in maximum one month from delivery date. Absurd! Would put 0 stars if possible. Do not use this service!

Refunds - Difficult

I cancelled a postage bought online and applied for a refund which they say takes up to 28 days! Their system does not generate a confirmation of this so you have no way of proving it later.

I have now sadly had to ask for a refund from two independent retailers, when I would much prefer to be able to support small businesses.

Incredible, the Royal Mail has overtaken Evri in terms of being the worst and creepiest company, they lost an item of mine that I sent insured, apparently you have to fill out forms online, because I bought postage via eBay and they sent me a mail that they couldn't collect despite having collected, i have no evidence? How about that then from hitting a depot it started tracking and now it is since SEPTEMBER out in delivery, they still will not refund and claim I should have gotten an email.

Royal Mail online postage service is not easy to follow if you dont want the collection by the postman service .Its difficult to find the option to defer the collection service unless you put it into the basket,so you end up toing and froing the pages.the option for the opt out of collection service should be put on the first page

Sent my driving licence to DVLA by next day delivery service. Took into the local post office at 10.40am on Tuesday and it was delivered at 6.30am on Wednesday. Very impressed with the service
