“Ruined an authentic Persian carpet. The dark colors spread into the pale ones. Ruined another all wool carpet. They must have used hot water and hard detergent, as it came back very dull and completely flattened out. They gave me the run around for days. The boss or supervisor, to whom we were referred to, was never there, nor returned our calls. Very poor custom service. They refused to pay us any amount for replacing our carpets, mentioning that their customer satisfaction guarantee did not cover the fact that their work ruined our carpets. Finally,it is only after an argument did they agree to finally reimburse us for the cleaning fees they had charged us to begin with. If you have wool or expensive carpets, DO NOT use their services!”

“Nettoyage de sofa: 450$ pour 45 minutes (un gars) alors que l'estimé était autour de 200$. Nettoyage conduit d'air + conduit de sécheuse + ventilateur salle de bain a coûté 450$ pour 45 minutes (2 gars). C'est honteux de charger autant!! Faites attention à cette compagnie!!”

“Premièrement, ils n’ont jamais confirmé mon rendez-vous. Le technicien est arrivée chez moi sans préavis. Deuxièmement l’estimation du nettoyage de mon divan était de 160$ avant taxes au téléphone mais arrivée sur place, le technicien c’est mis à m’ajouter plusieurs extra. 60$ pour si, 40$ pour ce produit (ect) la facture est grimpée à 400$ !!!!! Et en plus, ils osent me demander du pourboire sur la machine interact !!! Je déconseille complètement cette compagnie !”

“I paid good money for deep cleaning my new house and Royal sent me two “technicians” - one of whom was in training and had no clue what she was doing so I was paying by the hour for her to slowly figure her way out through the cleaning. They took almost 6 hours and she basically ended up just cleaning and polishing windows and doors. Worst of all, she used a heavy duty scouring scrub on my glass barriers and left scratch marks before I noticed and stopped her. And even worse still is the company itself! After explaining the damage and poor service, I was barked at by the supervisor who also did not bother to follow up with repairs they promised. Do not do business with these people!”

“As per the photos I had sent, they gave me a 75-80% guarantee. I had the job done only after tech on site certified the job. Final results -need a new carpet. A real disaster. Horrible service.”

“This is a terrible company with horrific customer service! They were suppose to pick up my Persian rugs for cleaning between 3-5 pm and I received a call at 2:56 and then another call at 3:05 pm informing me that they had "tried to call me many time today" and now are canceling the appointment. When I finally reached someone at 3:45 pm I was rudely asked "how many times do you want us to call a client" and that her "guy is already at home" and the appointment is canceled! Terrible company! I am in the middle of a large move and was counting on them to take my rugs to clean and deliver them to my new home, as promised!”

“I was expecting professionals to come and clean based off of the photos on their website. What I ended up getting was 2 literal kids who looked like thugs who had minimal supplies. 10 hours into cleaning my 4 1/2 that was completely empty , as I had already moved out, I told them to forget it. In that time, they did 1 small bedroom, and maybe about have of the other room. Turns out they were "sub contractors" .... Basically what I got was a couple guys from Kijiji, when I paid for , and thought I was getting professionals.”

“What a disappointment! Company was aware that I wanted to have all walls/ceilings washed with their 'special degresser' (that cost me more)to remove as much of the nicotine as possible. I knew it wouldn't be 100%. Workmanship was unacceptable. Walls/ceilings were streaked, missed a lot and just 'swished' their dirty mop from their dirty water and dirty rag - had them rewash one ceiling which ended up much better, but wasn't willing to keep adding hours for them to keep redoing it or reminding them they missed this and that. The windows, I don't even want to go there. Most of the frames were not cleaned at all and window panes were streaked.....better off not having them washed. They were going out the door when I told them that they didn't finish. That added another 1/2 hour to continue cleaning patio door (which only parts were done). I gave up and couldn't wait for them to leave. I called company twice during that time.....they were closed which normally they stay open. I wanted someone of authority to come and see for themselves what kind of work was done......NOT done. They refused and refused to send another team to redo the work. I did get a SMALL compensation.....but had to pay for a terrible job.”

“Horrible company... I scheduled an appointment 2 times and both were cancelled by them... I needed their service and they did not even bother to call to re-schedule VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNRELIABLE I WILL MAKE SURE TO TELL EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO WORK WITH THIS COMPANY, AWFUL SERVICE”

“Le nettoyage des conduits de ventilation n’est pas rassurant selon la méthode utilisée. Ils ont empoussiérés tout l’intérieur de notre condo. Ils n’ont pas arrêté nos unités de climatisation et en plus ils ont retirer nos filtres, sans les replacer. Très décevant!”
