“They cancelled my policy and kept my money, refused to reinstate it and told me they weren't responsible for the failings of Royal Mail in delivering the letters. A manager then laughed her head off when she heard our former postman was dyslexic and struggled to read street names! Royal London STOLE my money. Useless company with very poor customer relations.”
