Purchased an woman’s Seiko “Automatic” watch from Creation Watches. I received it fast and it seemed to be new. This particular style had not been available for years from Seiko or other stores. I had purchased the same watch in 2005 from another brand named store and it worked great for about 12 or 13 years. The fact that this style watch had no longer been available should have been reason to question my purchase but I was so happy to find it. It was approximately the same price I paid for it originally. Bad decision. It never worked as it should. As an automatic watch, winding the watch is unnecessary. The watch keeps time by moving your arm. I keep my watches on at night also. This watch from Creation Watches NEVER keeps time automatically. I have to wind the watch daily in order to keep it running. I contacted Creation Watches about the issue and all they advised me was to thump, shake, or tap the watch hard. Didn’t fix fix the problem. I not sure if this watch is original, a copy or a watch that never worked as it should and was returned. My advice is to be very suspicious of purchasing a watch from this company that is no longer available in the regular marketplace.

I am very disappointed with the purchase of a Seiko watch I made on this website. The reasons, in brief, are as follows: (i) when I made the purchase of the watch, the website did not (and does not) explicitly warn me that shipping the watch by DHL was going to incur an extra cost for customs; and. (ii) I finally had to assume a customs cost to receive the watch of 89.25 euros, when the cost of the watch was 176 euros; that is, in the end I had to pay more than 50% of the cost of the watch advertised on the website. It is obvious, therefore, that if I had made the purchase in any of the many establishments in Spain where the watch was advertised at a discount, I would have obtained it cheaper and without so much hassle.

Prudencia a los que comprais desde España (Aduanas, precios ya no son tan competitivos en algunos modelos y elevado riesgo de extravío). Tras 40 días de espera por un reloj valorado en 31 euros nadie sabe dónde está. Lo he reclamado en dos ocasiones y me piden paciencia, que siga esperando. Vaya sensación de impotencia. Voy a reclamar el importe a través del seguro de la tarjeta del banco. Me arrepiento de haber comprado en esa tienda.

ATTENTION: in the FAQ is written "both methods of shipping are safe, and require acknowledgment of receipt of package by the recipient". THIS IS NOT TRUE! according to the French Post office, the tracking number given by creation watches is not a delivery against signature, even in periods outside Covid. Tracking shows that my package has been delivered but I haven't received anything and haven't signed anything. I wasted my money and can't do anything. Création Watches does not offer me solutions or even a commercial gesture ... Bad experience.

It us now one week since Creation Watches said they had dispatched via DHL my order for a Seiko SNP159P1. DHL report having been notified of the impending item to be sent but still have not received it. And Creation Watches no longer respond to emails. Appalling customer service.

Ordered a Seiko SNP159P1. Creation Watches said the watch had been sent DHL, yet on DHL website they report “notification of watch to be sent”. So DHL do not have the watch and Creation Watches have stopped replying to my e-mails. It is now a week since the watch was ordered. Appalling customer service.

I never received the product, the tracking number says it was delivered but doesn't say if it's my home or not so I think it's a scam, the site refuses to help me and sends me back to the post office, which it sends me back to them, very easy for them to deceive the buyer and you won't be able to do anything about it! The site clears customs by giving a tracking number which is false, there is no proof of delivery. They do this on purpose to reply once every 2 months by email to save time. UPDATE: 9 months later they say they did an investigation but never got back to me, no refund, no proof of receipt because i never signed anything this is a scam, the other comments are bogus

Not sure how reliable any of these positive reviews are. I paid for a watch that showed as In Stock. Waited for over a week until I was eventually told actually the watch is not in stock, website was eventually updated to show Out of Stock. They tried to offer me another watch instead, as if i would suddenly want a different watch worth 1k AUD. Eventually got my money refunded, and then all of a sudden the watch changes to back 'In Stock'. Highly unprofessional business, would not trust these guys with any large purchases. Stick to smaller purchases or choose another more reputable business that knows how to actually manage their inventories. There are plenty other better alternatives out there. Buyer Beware.

I placed my order and then was sent w dodgy email asking to verify my details and payment card. I heard nothing about my item being dispatched for several days and I’ve had to chase them multiple times. The tracking link doesn’t work and I have no idea when I’m going to receive my item. It was a present so it’s going to arrive too late. I understand there are courier issues due to Covid but what I don’t understand is why it took CS so long to dispatch the order and why their customer service team does not respond to the questions being asked, rather they go on a completely different tangent. Not a good experience and would not recommend them at all.

I have paid the royal mail spedition to have it in Italy they promised me that I was going to have the watch in 4-5 days and it arrived after 2 weeks, don't give them those money

I am so disappointed with my faulty seiko watch purchased as a Christmas present from Creation watches at the end of December 2019 and the subsequent customer service I have received since. I have sent my faulty watch twice to the Seiko servicing centre in the UK, both times they were unable to fix it. THEY SAID THAT THEY RECEIVE THE HIGHEST AMOUNT OF FAULY SEIKO WATCHES FOR REPAIR AND THAT THESE ARE GREY MATKET WATCHES- DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I have sent 38 messages to this company regarding my faulty watch, and I sent a detailed email on 27th July 2020 stating that I want a refund as seiko servicing centre is unable to fix it and have had to wait nearly a month for a refund even though on the 6th August they said that they would give me one. I AM STILL WAITING and have received nothing! They take days to reply to emails and just tell me to wait but never come back with any concrete information or action, I have even asked to be referred to a manager and my request has been ignored. That was 3 days ago. I honestly am despairing at the moment and there is no contact telephone number to speak to anyone directly. I just hope that by writing this truthful and damning review that someone contacts me from the company and does something about my refund request!!!!

WARNING - You dont get back your money on return WARNING - IF you really try to use the "return and refund" option they are offering on their web-site. You will not get your money back. I did sent back my watch 6 weeks ago. Now they come up with EXCUSES again and again, for example: "We apologize for the inconvenience. Currently we are facing some technical issues with our system. Please be assured that your account will be credited in due course. We seek your patience and understanding." So I am not sure I will ever get back my money. And it is ridiculous how much I need to constantly write creationwatch support to get my refund.
