Dear Eric, It is true that most of time we get blamed for import duties that are levied by the importing country. As explained on our website, the shipping fees are paid by us but Import duties (if any) are always the responsibility of the buyer. While we regret that you had to pay import duties. Please note that in most cases import duty gets triggered based on value of the item being imported. Some fee is usually charged by all these courier companies for handling the clearance. We have no control over this. In future, we recommend you opt for 'Registered Post' as there have been lesser incidences of import duty levies for that shipping option. “They process my order in 2 days ~~! Dont know why. Shipping by DHL in next 2 days. And today i just received my watch. - Box is simple but it okay, can protect my watch. - Watch box & documents,.. is okay. - Watch good and beauty :) Everything working okay until now. (I just received in 5 hrs) - My duty tax about 1/2 of watch cost :( so sad... If good like this time, i will buy again :) Thanks!”

“I can recommend it. The watches are authentic and cheaper compared to other online stores. But creationwatches.com must improve its process of handing over the parcels to DHL Singapore. Two days are too long for this. Moreover, they should indicate more clearly that customs and VAT have to be paid by the customer. Also, customer service must be quicker in replying e-mails.”

“Watch came new, original Japanese, in box with user manuals and warranty booklet. Customer service was very good in my case. I see lot of negative reviews about CS, but my experience was very good with them (with lady named Vanya). But: watch was delivered with 5 days delay, due to problems and complications with DHL. First they asked me to send changed/corrected Invoice, then they charged me 21 USD for writing "custom clearance paper". They are first shipping service ever that charged me additional fees. I've lots of experience with purchases from different countries with different shipping services and local posts, and never needed to pay any additional fees. Because of that, only for stars, as there was no other option from CW for me to choose between different shipping options.”

“Genuine product,took over a month to came,but i can't blame them but the Greek custum. I payed extra taxes,but still worth it. The only negative was the costumet support,in my first message totally ignor me,at the second in facebook they ansered after one day. In general i am a happy costumer”

“Delivery and service from Creation Watches has always been excellent. The only minor hiccup recently was Seiko SNE295 arriving with screw down crown not screwed down resulting in watch being drained of power. Watch has since been charged up and is running nicely. I will continue to buy from Creation Watches.”
