“TRULY DISAPPOINTED. I ordered two watches August 15th. I chose the DHL Express Priority Shipping (2-4 business days). Once I paid for the two items, they asked for "Additional information" : the last 4 digits of my credit card number and a contact number. Their verification system is very outdated and, honestly, it feels like a SCAM. Then they send me an email saying that they tried to reach me, but that I was unavailable... To this day (august 19th) I have 0 information about the shipping status, I don't even know if my order has been processed by their services or not. The only thing for sure is that I've paid them 264 dollars. I have requested a FULL REFUND and I'm hoping that they will be able to treat my request as soon as possible. They may have lower prices, but honestly I wouldn't recommend this website to my worst enemy.”
