“There items are cheap Chinese copy's which don't work then they lie about it promising to replace or refund which they do neither there's a reason there cheap they don't work which I found out to my cost”

“Bought a Gates timing belt from RTG Automotive... less than 5000 miles use it snapped, wrecking my engine and bending 10 out of 16 valves. Belt arrived in a plastic bag and no OE packing, so looking back it must have been a fake part. Will be sending it to Gates for investigation of counterfeit parts and contacting trading standards.”
“Ordered a timing belt kit for my car after giving them my full registration number as well as engine number they confirmed it was the right part however when I took it to the garage and they took my timing belt apart they found that the tensioner pulley I had provided them was the incorrect one which meant I had to pay for ramp time until the garage sourced the correct tensioner pulley and my car was mobile again. They failed to acknowledge that it was their fault and that they should be paying the extra charges I encountered but simply replied back saying return for a full refund like that was even practical!!!
Aviod as they have ZERO customer service!!!
They made the Mistake but I had to pay for it!!!!!

“I order on eBay a clutch slave cylinder and my mechanic put on the car and he press one time the pedal clutch and it broken half was out of the car and the other part was in the transmission we had to take the transmission out cost me 300£
The company they make money by deceiving people and then we pay a lot more. This isn’t right”
“I ordered a sump on ebay from RTG automotive fitted it to car. car ran like rubbish for a couple off months took the car to fords in bridgend it cost me £1047 to fix the car the sump was 2mm to small and it had cracked the timing plate so new sump and timing plate”

AVOID AT All COST XXXX you have been warned, I ordered an alternator and thought ,winner 5yr warranty but I was a bit to hasty,Alternator arrived pulley wheel hanging out of the box ad multiple holes where the terminals had punched through the sides . I overlooked this as there was no substantial damage on the surface ,I spent 2hrs changing the item only to find it didn’t work.contacted them 3times no response for 2days by this time removed alternator then pursued refund through eBay .I honestly believe this alternator was knaff before it was sent to me .I wish I had read all the reviews before ordering something I will be doing from now on”
“Purchased a rear wiper motor. with a 5 year warranty. it broke after less than 2 years ( this is a rear wiper motor and is not often used) Tried to contact TRG motors and got no response so i have advised trading standards of their practices.
My advice DO NOT BUY FROM THEM they use the Warranty picture to help sell the products and then don't bother to deal with any customer services issues”
