I posted a review of this company earlier and have now had the issue resolved. i am happy to update my review and have changed my star rating from 1 to 4. this was what i wrote previously:-
Purchased a rear wiper motor. with a 5 year warranty. it broke after less than 2 years ( this is a rear wiper motor and is not often used) Tried to contact TRG motors and got no response so i have advised trading standards of their practices.
i advised not to deal with them but:-
They have now replaced the faulty item.
Sometimes you have to correct things when they are wrong. they did that. it took time but i have amended my review in response”
