My wife bought a cooler for my birthday. Spent a lot of money too. It rarely was used because the zipper was hard to close. Who ever heard of a zipper on a cooler anyway. Their product design allows for the failure of the zipper which renders it useless. I don't care about their stupid warranty the product has a planned obsolescence long before such a pricy item should. I intend on sharing that with as many people as possible along with their uncaring, unconcerned Customer Service. Buyer beware. That is what consumers need to know. RTIC SUCKS. DON'T BUY !

the screw on top for the half gallon water jug does not stay on well at all it pops off with hardly any effort

I am not happy with this company, around Christmas there bowls were advertise for 59$ for the pair, when I clicked on the link it showed 99$, so I contacted the company, I was treated very rudely and got the run around and excuses of why I would not get that price, I even sent in a picture of the sale price and they refused to honor the price even with proof that the sale was still being advertised. It was sad that such a company as RTIC would not go the extra mile with their customer service. I contacted them several times buy phone and email, and nothing, needless to say I just need up looking elsewhere , after being treaded that way.

Purchased an 8 can cooler for my son who is in 7th grade. The zipper broke after just 2 months. RTIC Would not replace the zipper or refund any money. WARNING; never buy anything from RTIC.

I would give zero stars if I could. They don’t help at all. Just send long emails on how to fix it. Really? I shouldn’t have to do that. They are a joke. Buy elsewhere.

Irritating to me this Company would require a $7 per item rush fee to have items by 12/20/23. I placed my order on 12/3/2023, not anticipating to receive until closer to 12/20/23. After reading other reviews, I should be happy I received my items. Thankful to have received our items already 12/8/2023. Very disgusted they charged $7 per item, 90 items mind you, when clearly their production is on or ahead of time, and in no way needed to charge our Company this extra $630.

Lunch containers lid latches do not last very long. The swivel holding tips break a latch falls off.

Probably the worst customer service I've seen. I've been trying to get a broken zipper tab warranty issue resolved since late August. It's now October 19.

Let me start by saying I have worked for over 12 years as a maintenance planner for a GE Renewable Energy manufacturing plant and have to deal with hundreds of suppliers and their customer service departments from all over the world and I would rate RTIC as the worst!!! I have never had to deal with such incompetence in all my years! RITC people can only do one thing and can't do that right!! I had trouble with LSO (Lone Star Overnight) not delivering my 52 quart cooler and basket I order, RITC send it twice using LSO on the third time it was sent FedEx and delivered two days later (a month after my order was placed so much for fast shipping). The 2 two other LSO deliveries are still at the final destination (little Rock AR) awaiting to be delivered according to LSO tracking. Then I find out that the divider and on basket no longer come with the cooler so I order a basket online from their website that evening. The next morning (Friday) I get on chat to make sure it is not shipped LSO and an told it is shipping LSO so they cancel the order and tell me to call and place a new order!! Why can't chat do it? Oh yea they can only do one thing. I call explain everything and they send me a new order only instead of divider and basket they send 2 baskets. I call again and explain what is going on I need a divider and basket not two baskets and I explain about LSO and I need it sent FedEx they say sure. So they send me a return label and I check the order online Saturday and it is going to ship LSO. So I call again and they cancel the order and put in a new one and request it be shipped FedEx. Monday morning a guy in a FedEx uniform shows up with a package and the label is a LSO shipping label inside is the divider and basket from the first order that was cancelled This arrived 5 days after FedEx delivered the two basket. So I had to call RiTC again and make arrangements to ship both baskets back!! What a waste of my time and money, I will never buy anything from RTIC nor do I recommend them!!

Zipper on cooler continued to break after a couple weeks- the team replaced the Cooke twice. I simply asked both times for a cooler that didn’t have to waterproof zipper- they foolishly refused with no reason why. I would never recommend this company, Their quality is garbage even though it’s expensive.

so I purchased a total of 4 RTIC everyday 15 coolers for the holidays and now 6 months later one of the zippers separated from the edge of the cooler. i went on to return or repair and it was only a 30 day warranty on it. 30 days for a cooler in the meddle of cooler season. guess that why YETIs cost more money as you get what you pay for.

I purchased a few things, and the zipper has broken on two of the coolers that I have purchased. The price is great if they lasted and the warranty is only for one year, I will not be purchasing from them again.

You can't say this company has customer service because it's nonexistent. I have sent several emails, tried calling, and attempted to talk to online agents. There is no one home, ever.

Scam company. They won’t refund your money for returns (even after you’ve sent the item back), won’t respond to emails and don’t answer their phone. Additionally my half gallon water jugs leaks! I left it half full in my car overnight and the next day the water was gone, (lid still secured and jug sitting upright), and the entire floorboard was soaking wet and my car smelled like mildew. It also didn’t keep the water cold. Their products are junk and they are a scam company if you even get your order. They should be shut down and everyone on here with a one star review needs to report them to the BBB.

I placed my order for two in-stock items. The estimated arrival date was 12-8-2022. When the items did not arrive, I checked the status the next day and no updates were available, and the items have not even shipped yet. I tried contacting customer support multiple times during regular business hours only to find out that no customer service agents were available. One time when I called and did get placed on hold, I waited 30 minutes to be told no agents were available and was disconnected. No live agents are available online either during normal business hours. This appears to be a trend with this company. I am not feeling very confident I will receive the items before leaving the country next week. If you need your order in a timely manner, consider looking elsewhere.

Ordered on 11/25 with expected ship date of 11/28. Now 12/7, still has not shipped. I called and they told me two items in my order were holding it up, should ship in a day. I called back asked to remove those two items from my order to get it to ship, they said that actually everything was in stock and they asking customers to be patient just 2-3 days. I explained it has already been 9 days since you said it would ship. The expected ship date has been removed from the order and now you cannot get through on the phone. It just says too many calls and hangs up. Better sort this out soon or they are going to have a lot of upset customers! Buyer beware, they are very behind on shipping! Also sent two emails, no response. Also their chair feature does not work!

placed order on 11/29/22, no confirmation of order, look on website shows ship date of 12/1/22. Didn't receive a confirmation on 12/1/22 so checked again and ship date is 12/5/2022. Today (12/7/2022) I look and it's got a ship date of 12/6/2022. I have tried the online chat and it has been saying offline the entire day. I have tried calling multiple times only to have it say customer service is not available. They have my money. I purchased these for a company raffle on this coming Friday. Don't waste your money nor your time. FYI, there are threads going back to 2013 with the exact same issues so this is nothing new and obviously not a concern for this company.
