“THE COMPANY IS MESSED UP INALL WAYS, ORDERED A RUG BUT WAS TOLD IT WAS UN-SHIPPABLE AND DAMAGED, AGREED ON WAITING FOR NEXT INVENTORY, GOT THE EMAIL THAT ITEM BACK IN STOCK BUT THEY NEVER SENT MY ITEM AND NOW SAYING IT IS NOT IN STOCK, david IS WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE, HE TOLD ME HE WAS A MANAGER, SUPERVISOR AND THE BOSS AND HUNG UP ON ME IN THE MIDDLE OF OUR CONVERSATION. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, THEY ARE A SCAM! Never in my life I seen company acting this way, unacceptable!”

“Ordered a beautiful rug and matching runner. Told they had to cancel the rug order because the "last one" in stock was not sellable, and they wouldn't have more until 2021. Now it's showing the same item in stock, and I was able to order again. Hopefully this is not more false hope.”

“I got a black are rug and it was really thin and cheaply made! I spent a lot of money for this area rug and thought they would have high quality rugs. I’ve only had it a few months and white strands of the carpet keep coming up and I take care of it just as it says. I don’t even walk on it with shoes cuz I have a house with white tile that leaves dark marks on it if you wear shoes. I definitely would NOT RECOMMEND ANY OF THESE RUGS!!!!!”

“Don’t waste your time you place an order . Days later they say it’s unavailable. You then go back to there sight and then they up the price price and it says in stock.... RIP OFF Bad bad bad”

“It's been 2 days that I am trying to reach customer service and no answer. I also left a message and in return I get an e-mail offering me 5% discount on the next purchase. I appreciate that, but my message was regarding this purchase and it would have been nice to be able to at least acknowledge my request or at least mention that unfortunately you could not offer any discount or free shipping at this time.”

“Chat never would answer even though Andrea Barnett kept popping up. The discount code that was sent to me never would apply to the cart. I am asking that my discount be applied and that portion refunded. You had sent a 10 percent off code. After spending over an hour trying to call your company and trying to get someone to get an agent to answer I once again went in to try the discount code and hit the buy now button vs the apply coupon button. Please call me. 843-222-7662”

“Love the rug, and it shipped in Just a few days. However, I waited all day Friday for the rug to be delivered at the promised time. Then at 7pm, Fedex changed the delivery to Monday. Grrrrr... made me late for a party. I always dread buying from a seller who uses Fedex, as I've had this happen before. The company is good but their shipper is bad. That's why only 3 stars.”
