“⸻ I’ve been dealing with rugs.ie for over 10 years now and they’re just brilliant. It’s a lovely family-run business Phoebe, Brendan, and Louise are always so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and they have a gorgeous range of rugs to suit all budgets., they’ll help you find the perfect one. Couldn’t recommend them more!”

“Order was placed a month ago and no delivery as yet. There has been one phone call to confirm the wrong rug was provided by the supplier, but no further update on when I can expect the rug.”

“Aisling and the staff at rugs.ie went above and beyond their call of duty to pick the exact rugs to suit 4 rooms in my house m. I was able to do all of this via email , and telephone calls. They were able to transfer pictures of various rugs online as if they were in the rooms that I was decorating- Overall I would give rugs.ie 10 out of 10 for their time, service and attention to detail - Well done to all the staff there”

“Very good customer focus. Our first choice rug was not the right fit for the room and the no quibble return was exactly that. Our second choice rug was the perfect rug and fit and a pleasure to deal with Rugs.ie”

“Absolutely brilliant buying experience, delivery, packaging and customer service! Can’t highly enough praise the company. Clíodhna and Aisling went way beyond what they needed to in order to help me with the return of one rug and replacing it with a bigger one! Such lovely staff. “A very beautiful rug and good quality. I am extremely happy with this rug and will highly recommend Rugs IE. There was an issue with DHL delivery but Aishling at Rugs IE called and immediately sorted out the problem. This was the delivery company issue. If you are looking for quality and price with the bonus of excellent customer service, this company is what you are looking for. Thank you”

“Delighted with Rugs.ie from start to finish. It helped to be able to see the rug "in my room" before I purchased. Delivery within a couple of days and I was kept up to date with tracking. I would advise to get the underlay when purchasing if going on a wooden/tiled floor. I didn't and have since purchased it. Very pleased with my new rug - I think it looks amazing 😊”
