“The showroom is a picture with everything from modern to traditional designs. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, passionate when it comes to rugs and always happy to answer questions. This is my third purchase from Rugs.ie and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommended!”

“I ordered my rug in July & received delivery in August . The assistant was very helpful & explained that the rug was on order which would take about 6 weeks to deliver.”

“We found rugs.ie on-line. We visited the shop in Douglas, Cork. Huge range of stock to review. Super advice provided. No pressure selling just straight advice which is very helpful. The entire process was totally professional.”

“Very positive experience, I used the tool on their website to view what the rug would look like in my room which was ideal, came very promptly in the post after ordering and it was great value and and great quality rug, I love my new rug and have had lots of compliments on it”

“Service was really good. I was slightly disappointed with the rug because it didn't have a solid back on it like the other ones I've bought so it didn't sit the way I wanted and I hadn't realised that when I bought it. However there was no issue returning it and I'll keep an eye out for something taht suits me better.”

“Such an easy purchase. Website great with visvisualuser and very easy ordering and delivery process. Lovely touch on receipt of purchase was hand written note and tote bag gift. Very typical of a family business and that extra customer interaction . Will definitely be back for more purchases. 👏👏👏”

“It’s our first time buying from Rugs.ie, and from start to finish they’ve been nothing but great. We’re always passionate about supporting an Irish family business, but being based in the UK this isn’t always possible. Rugs.ie have made that process super simple, and the products are absolutely fantastic - exactly what we were looking for.
