“Very positive experience, I used the tool on their website to view what the rug would look like in my room which was ideal, came very promptly in the post after ordering and it was great value and and great quality rug, I love my new rug and have had lots of compliments on it”

“Service was really good. I was slightly disappointed with the rug because it didn't have a solid back on it like the other ones I've bought so it didn't sit the way I wanted and I hadn't realised that when I bought it. However there was no issue returning it and I'll keep an eye out for something taht suits me better.”

“Such an easy purchase. Website great with visvisualuser and very easy ordering and delivery process. Lovely touch on receipt of purchase was hand written note and tote bag gift. Very typical of a family business and that extra customer interaction . Will definitely be back for more purchases. 👏👏👏”

“It’s our first time buying from Rugs.ie, and from start to finish they’ve been nothing but great. We’re always passionate about supporting an Irish family business, but being based in the UK this isn’t always possible. Rugs.ie have made that process super simple, and the products are absolutely fantastic - exactly what we were looking for. They look exactly like they do online and the delivery was exceptionally fast. Couldn’t recommend them enough!”

“Very professional I ordered by phone as i needed it in a hurry for visitors coming I received the Rug Bank Holiday Saturday Earlier than expected. Good quality Rug and reasonably priced . Great quality and I love the colours in my Colt Rug”

“Having spent hours playing with the online tool on their website where you can put the rig into your room virtually I tormented Cormari on a one hour video call , she couldn’t have been more patient , I had some suggestions myself but Cormari had done her homework and had her own suggestions which I ended up going with . I never felt under pressure to buy from them but I did and I’m thrilled with the rug. Great service”
