“Having spent hours playing with the online tool on their website where you can put the rig into your room virtually I tormented Cormari on a one hour video call , she couldn’t have been more patient , I had some suggestions myself but Cormari had done her homework and had her own suggestions which I ended up going with . I never felt under pressure to buy from them but I did and I’m thrilled with the rug. Great service”

“I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rugs.ie. They genuinely value customers & offer an 'old school' professionalism, quality of service, product & trustworthiness. Their interior advisors are readily availble to advise on a vast range of stock. Point of contact staff are cheerful & efficient. “Ordering was easy. However there was no follow up communication to say when the rug would be shipped. I followed up after a week and was informed that it had to come from another location prior to shipping. Once it was shipped it was delivered within 24 hours. The request for a review was asked of Kiera. My name is Brigid. We are happy with the rug. TY!”

“After 21 years almost in business, I’m now dealing with the second generation “Phoebe”. When I started I was dealing with Phoebe’s dad Brenden and his partner Dominique, and it was always a pleasure doing business. Bottom line they knew their stuff!! Phoebe is a credit to them, and carries on their legacy so well. Nothing is ever an issue, everything clear and transparent and customer service always 100%.
