“We ordered a rug two months ago, and online it was listed as in stock. After the rug wasn’t shipped for over a week, I contacted customer support, and was told the rug actually wasn’t in stock and the next shipment of them would arrive “sometime within the next 8 weeks.” They did offer to switch out the rug for another larger size, but I agreed to wait for the original one we ordered because the larger size wouldn’t fit in our home. That was fine. However, during the following weeks, I received no further updates on the ETA until reaching back out for an update on week 7, checking to see if the shipment of rugs would be arriving soon. At that point, I was told the rugs were being further delayed and we now have to wait another month for this to arrive. In total, over three months of waiting, and the only resolutions was (once again) to send a rug in a bigger size that doesn’t fit or one that looks completely different. The lack of communication—just leaving us hanging—and lack of any updates on the status of the order or the whereabouts of the shipment has been frustrating. I don’t think I’ll order from here again, and I’m still just waiting for a rug that may or (god forbid) may not ever arrive.”

“Rug was fine, but you tricked me into buying an overpriced rug pad that you describe as a Karastan 1/4” rug pad and you sent a cheap 1/8” rug pad that would scratch your floor or ruin it. What a horrible and dishonest practice”

“Very pleased with my purchase. I am not a seasoned on-line buyer. I typically like to see/touch what I’m buying. But I’ve been pleased on multiple levels. First with the level of customer service and ease of ordering. I had many questions and everyone I chatted with were so nice and professional and answered all of my questions. Second, I had no trouble placing my order. It was an order for 6 rugs. They were all the same style (Safavieh Blossom 912B) but different sizes. Third, the speed that they were delivered. When the order was placed the arrival time was 2-3 months but they all arrived in great condition within 2 weeks! Fourth, the rugs are beautiful! If there were any drawbacks at all it would be that the wool rugs had a lot of fuzz but that seems to be diminishing with each vacuuming and the colors are also becoming more brilliant as the fuzz is going away. Highly recommend ordering these rugs from this company. Thank you”

“My issue is that the pictures of the rugs look nothing like the actual rugs. The picture has various shades of gold and is beautiful. The actual rug is dull with very little gold, Very disappointing.”

“Initial rug ordered had a disruption of the weave when we opened it. Contacted RDR immediately - heard back from them a week later. Got a return label for the defective rug and sent it back. Got a message that they would send a new rug but almost two weeks later, I haven’t gotten any indication that they are sending the new replacement one. I’d call this company Rugs Done Wrong.”
