“Getting the rug was an easy experience. It got here just fine. The rug is beautiful, but it sheds so badly, we are vacuuming it several times a day and fill the vacuum every time. Is that normal?”

Hi Lucinda, yes, some shedding is to be expected with a hand-tufted rug. “I have been ordering/purchasing from Rug Studio for a few years now and they have never let me down with their ease in placing the order, accuracy in expected delivery dates and overall service. I love that with most of their rugs you can order an 18" x 18" returnable sample because as a designer it makes finding additional items/fabrics for a client's room so much easier...truth be told they are so reasonably priced I typically end up keeping them! If I had any complaint, it would be that their selection is so amazing it makes it difficult to just pick one!! I wish more companies had their sense of customer service and desire to work with the customer. I look forward to purchasing from them again in the future.”
