“I have been ordering/purchasing from Rug Studio for a few years now and they have never let me down with their ease in placing the order, accuracy in expected delivery dates and overall service. I love that with most of their rugs you can order an 18" x 18" returnable sample because as a designer it makes finding additional items/fabrics for a client's room so much easier...truth be told they are so reasonably priced I typically end up keeping them! If I had any complaint, it would be that their selection is so amazing it makes it difficult to just pick one!! I wish more companies had their sense of customer service and desire to work with the customer. I look forward to purchasing from them again in the future.”

“Great customer service! I ordered a Karastan rug and somehow it wasn't delivered. I called customer service and they reordered it for me quickly and it arrived just a few days later. It is a beautiful Karastan Persian Garden and looks great in the room. I highly recommend Rug Studio for your home rugs.”

She was nice, professional and fully accomodating giving me her time and attention, as I had a few detailed specific quetions and requests in order to place the order. It was also the most I'd spent on a rug in my lifetime, and Karly understood and made it possible and a pleasure. I've previously ordered from Rug Studio and recommended them to others, but Karly was especially great! Thanks for emplying her and being such a good company all around.”
