“The best in the resale bespoke, luxury items industry. The order was placed on a Friday and I received my bag the following Friday, as described. The price is fair. Their markup is what makes them competitive and in terms of genuine name brand, and proof of authenticity you cannot get better than that. The copy of the original receipt is included and they also add a tracker in the package to ensure it will get to you safely. The customer service is prompt and very friendly. Will be buying from them again soon!”

“I bought a handbag and I am very happy with it. I was looking for that combination for very long time. The description of the handbag corresponds to reality. Team Saclab communicated with me, they sent me a video with the bag. The delivery was very fast, the packaging was very precise.”

“I have ordered a CH bag, on which started the painting coming off after 2 days, with normal usage. I sent pictures to the Customer care, and they really fast rejected the return, writing, that this is my fault. This is ridiculous. It was a 3000 euros bag, and there is signs on the bag for ex. repaintings, spots etc. which were not written in the bag’s description on their website. Never ever!”

“I have been an avid follower and consumer of Hermes products, and I know how difficult it is to get a authentic and well-maintained Hermes Birkin ir Kelly in the secondary market. However, at Saclab, I was pleasantly surprised to see what a great structured approach they have for authenticating and approving handbags. Also the service is very personal because they just have a few select but great items at very fair prices. I’m super happy with my bag that I bought and would 100% recommend Saclab.”
