“Hsd an appointment for 930am and dropped off my vehicle early at 9 AM. Insurance scheduled the repair so it was considered a drop off. Staff told me that it would be done by 5. I rushed across town from 4 o'clock to make sure I could get it before they close. I arrive at 4:55pm and it's not done, I could have drove my car all day, went thru a lot to have a vehicleto drive during the day. I drive for s living. No apologies no nothing now I have to wait an hour to get my vehicle when I could have been working for another 2 hours. Absolutely no consideration for the customer. Prospective clients be ware!! Would rate lower than 1 star if possible. Pfft~
Then, after waiting 20 minutes they tell me that they can't do the job because they don't have the molding that goes around the windshield and it'll have to be rescheduled. Once again no apologies For many of the staff seem to not even care, I wonder if they just didn't feel like doing my car as it was closing time. I wouldn't recommend these people to anyone!”
