“My wife and I have completed our wills and couldn't be more pleased. Both of us had the slight complication of children from a previous marriage but as it turns out that was easy to cover in the online will format. I had to ask a couple of questions but that was handled without fuss in an online chat. The fact that, if necessary, you can easily make changes to your will for minimal cost in the years ahead is also a very comforting feature.”

“Very simple to follow online and when I had a problem I went onto the chat and asked for help and they phoned me, talked me through it all and emailed links for my husband to follow to do his as well, excellent service…”

“I have chatted with safewill advising them that Safewill wasn't catering for my needs. I need customised will and I didn't realised I still got billed last year. I only realised I'm subscribed when they sent me an invoice for renewal. Aargh.. Not doing phone calls in future. Not happy being charged last year without knowing.”

“The result is good, however, navigating the software is not easy. Very old program by the look of it. Need a lesson from Airbnb for example, therefore a software upgrade. I would not use them again however, I guess I will not be here to use the site again anyway.”

“So easy. Chat line was great. And wills were fast! My wife and I did our wills and submitted them on a Friday and got them back for signing the following Monday. Instructions all the way made it so easy. Recommended”

“Quick and easy with great help via a chat link. Got my Will the next day. Very impressed with the service. I have put doing a Will off for years due to finding time to do one. Did it on the couch and it only took me 15 minutes to fill out the information. Highly recommend this service.”
