AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID! I'd give it 0 stars if I could. 17month old Fridge/Freezer linings breaking up, hundreds of similar examples on line. Samsung are fully aware of these issues & have issued a (highly confidential) document about it, have admitted the cause of the linings cracking with minimal use is due to insufficient insulation being inserted. Linings are so thin you could put a fingernail through them & where its gone into a hole it is hollow yet Samsung still claim this is NOT a manufacturing defect but down to customer misuse if it happens after 3 months. Yeah right! They actually told me is was a drainage hole!! Unbelievable how many people out there are 'misusing' their appliances. 5 year warranty not worth the paper it's written on. Can't see how their energy efficiency claims stack up if there isn't enough insulation in the f/freezers. Appalling company to deal with, couldn't care less once they've got your money & have no conscience about these appliances ending up in landfill well before their life expectancy. Do not get the Samsung Care+!!!! It is a waste of money. Search for the reviews.... Either they will tell you to drive to the nearest "You break it, we fix it", fix it yourself or please $99 + the amount of the phone as a security deposit (which mine is $1,300). Read the fine print!! It states that if they deem your phone fine you will pay an upward amount of $2,500 unless you return the replacement phone without damage. This will come through the .ail after 30 days. What are you playing for?!?!? Then I read reviews where people had a crack screen and was told that their phone was beyond repair. Customer service is terrible!!! Be careful!!!! I wish someone would have told me.

I Bought Samsung machine and with in 6 months machine start water leak and reported to consumer service and the technical team.Request to repair as the machine is under warranty. They came and checked and left by saying the report will send by email. Now more than one month and we we are still waiting for the report after many follow ups. Never recommend Samsung washing machine!!! Anoj Rodrigo

18 month old Book Pro 2 stops taking charge. I can't take it to microcenter, or best buy, because Samsung has it's own tech places they work with. Send it to their recommended place. They "fix it" and it works for 3 weeks, only to have the same issue again. Samsung won't do anything about it, only talking to their "tech partner" now who wants me to send it back to try and repair it AGAIN. Only if it's "unrepairable" will I MAYBE get a refund. Out of a laptop for almost a month because of them. Never buying Samsung laptop ever again.

Wish I had read this site before purchasing Samsung products! If I could've rated less than zero I would've! I was treated like a thief! Mind you it's an S7.....not the latest and greatest! They couldn't educate me beyond my own knowledge gained from UTube. I am a private duty care giver with 3 Cardo patient's in which I informed them. My phone is the only way for my patients to contact me hence they are not tech savvy and geriatrics! I'm so surprised and astonished that Samsung treats its once loyal customers in this manner. I'll never purchase another Samsung product again and those that ask me about Samsung products I will advise to purchase another brand like Apple! The #1 worst decision I made! DONT BUY SAMSUNG!

I bought a Samsung Note 20 Ultra about 3 years ago and had a great experience. However this year I bought the Galaxy 24 Ultra and traded in my device. I noticed Feb 4th that I accidentally clicked the wrong phone to trade in (Z-Fold) but both credits were the same $400. I called customer service that same day and they said this was okay that they would still give me the credit if the device was eligible. On Mar 17 they said they could not accept my order. At first they said the device didn't qualify, and then they said it wouldn't boot. I sent them proof of both being false. Now I am having to return the phone so I can re-order it and go through the whole process again to get a credit for the trade in which will take more than a week. Very poor customer service. (Mar 18th)

Refused delivery feb 10 still waiting on refund march 14 dozens of calls and emails alwsys the same wait 3-5 buss dsys we are escalating i even spoke to a supervisor he gave me a ticket # and said he would process my refund and send me an email. Nothing no email no nothing still waiting they are horrible

First of all we have only been in our home for 6 months. Aside from having the to fan blades replaced to to every time the over was turned on, the noise was TERRIBLE!! That’s fixed. We noticed rust in the oven which is no fault to us, only 6 month in a new house, all new appliances only 6 months. This has never happened in our past homes well of course our ovens were not Samsung which I understand why. We had a tech come out and called Samsung and our warranty rep with our builder contacted Samsung and said Samsung response to rust in the oven-Damage that is not covered by the cosmetic warranty is defined as a portion of the appliance that cannot be repaired such as frame damage and/or dents to the sides, rear or interior of the unit. The oven has never been self-cleaned. Anyway Samsung would not and is going to replace the oven. Our building warranty won’t do anything I talked to several reps within Samsung, basically don’t care and don’t stand by their products or care about the customer. The last rep was a supervisor stated she talked to products which stated can’t do anything about the rust, then she stated she could have someone come out which she said to look at it when someone already did, why send someone out that has to drive almost an hour to check and say they can’t do anything about it. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!! Don’t purchase their products!! All other top brand ovens I’ve had never had rust!!

Extremely pathetic customer service by Samsung. Technicians are untrained and most of the time only suggesting part replacement without looking for root cause. Paid heavily and within 15 days problem reoccurs and instead doing the work sent in huge bill again. Please don’t buy Samsung any more.

Avoid purchasing any products or appliances from Samsung. Despite buying a washing machine from them along with a warranty, I've been facing issues since day one. Despite multiple complaints and a visit from a Samsung engineer, the problem persists after nearly two months, and there seems to be no solution in sight. The washing quality is extremely poor, causing my new clothes to resemble old ones and leaving detergent residue on them. Despite sending multiple videos and pictures of the issue, no resolution has been provided. Some engineers even suggested manually rinsing clothes before putting them in the machine, which defeats the purpose of owning an automatic washer and spending a significant amount of money on it. It's unfair to mislead consumers who already possess the knowledge of operating automatic machines. Stop concealing these issues and misleading the public. I need my money back or replace this product.

The galaxy z flip 4 was a fail. It took me to research the problems after I had mine to realize I made a mistake. The phone simply failed. Screen turned black because of the folding mechanism. Its never been dropped or submerged in water. Owned for less than a year. And samsung customer service is the worst in the business!

My newly brought Samsung refrigerator was not cooling it also has manufacturing defect ,i have to move to consumer forum for refund, company atleast agreed for refund via coupon, they took back the refrigerator and handover a coupon to me .I went to Samsung authorised dealer to redeem the coupon and buy a new refrigerator.but 8 days over company is not refunding the amount value of the refrigerator via coupon voucher. I docketed another complaint against this froud company.They cheated me in the name of coupon. I will suggest all to not buying anything from this cheaters.

I was told I would receive a credit once my phone arrived because the website glitched during the purchase and I was unable to use the promotional credit. Two samsung support reps told me this. The first rep told me that I must contact them again once my phone is delivered to receive the credit. He gave me my ticket ID and everything. He said I would receive a $50 credit. I contacted them after my phone was delivered and the second rep said I would receive the credit in the next 24 hours. Now I receive an email claiming that they will not honor their word. I am appalled. I'm glad I took screenshots of the conversation. I've been using samsung for as long as I've had a cell phone, but this may be my last one. I've never in my life received such terrible service.

I bought a samsung vacuum cleaner VS20C852FTB and which comes with an extra battery. Since yesterday I am trying to register and get the extra battery and the site does not work! I am frustrated, since I have an i phone it does not take the exact picture of the serial number, they do not accept the bill of the store....it is a nightmare. I took many pictures and since I do have an i-phone, Samsung does not accept pictures taken with an i-phone! I do not recommend the product because of the terrible customer service, live chat inexistent, their terrible website and would recommend you look somewhere else to get a vacuum cleaner!

Please keep in mind before purchasing SAMSANG AIR CONDITIONER every 6 month u have to change some indoor and out door parts because of failure and u cannot claim those parts under warranty cuz they gives u lame excuses at the time of claim even Company charged every single visit, it’s happened with me 3 times in a 2 years from the date of purchase, pipe leakage , pcb failure and indor unit copper sheet leakage and they told sorry these particular things we cannot allow under warranty. And u have to pay for it. I actually didn’t know about what warranty actually stand for ? Only customers attraction. I have blue start , loyyd and general those ac’s actually low maintenance ac’s. And work far better then Samsung. I wish I can rate Samsung minus rating but unfortunately 1 is the lowest.

I am writing this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received from Samsung Online when I ordered a Samsung S23 Ultra on November 25th, along with a smartwatch and AirPods in the same color. The entire experience has been a nightmare from start to finish. Firstly, I was informed via email that the Graphite color I initially selected was not available. Despite promptly changing my order to the green color on December 9th, my order wasn't shipped until December 14th, and it finally arrived on December 18th. To make matters worse, I didn't receive my phone, and after numerous delays, I reached out to Samsung customer service. Despite assurances from multiple representatives that they would resolve the issue, I saw no action or progress on their part. As the situation escalated with the green color nearing sell-out, I contacted customer service again, urging them to ship a new phone or let FedEx return the first package to them. Their responses were dismissive, asking me to relax and assuring me that I would receive my order. Today, I received an email claiming that my package was lost and that only a lavender color is available. Unwilling to settle for a color I didn't want, I requested the green color when available, suggested Samsung purchase it from other distributors, or demanded a refund based on the current market price of $1,499 plus tax. Shockingly, the response was that my order had already been canceled, and I would receive a refund. This is not what I want, and it's frustrating to see all the offers and deals I initially took advantage of now gone. I cannot afford to purchase the phone at its current price, especially after ordering additional items from Samsung's online store. I am appalled at the lack of accountability and action from the Samsung customer service team. I had already proposed a solution to prevent the color from selling out, but my concerns were ignored. Now, I find myself in a situation where I cannot get the product I wanted at the price I initially paid. I am willing to wait for the green color to restock or consider black or cream, but the overall lack of responsibility and communication from Samsung has left me frustrated and disappointed. Ordering directly from Samsung online was a mistake, and I strongly caution others against a similar experience.

I will never buy anything Samsung again. I have a year old Samsung washing machine that is going out they don’t know what’s wrong. No code in there database. , my Samsung tv literally deleted everything and it’s now not showing the Samsung tv channels except through Roku. They have no clue why and couldn’t assist fixing it then I buy a Samsung refrigerator in February and it is flashing codes unknown to them. They finally scheduled a service man to come out on dec 26 to fix it (last night). That were very nice and asked for an immediate review which I foolishly gave them a perfect review. This morning I wake up to a text message that the appointment was canceled do to Covid restrictions. You have got to be kidding me. Don’t buy this cheap pos products

They offer manufacturer warranty and they don't follow threw with it. I paid 1200 for my flip 4 and my screen in a few months is splitting apart. My husband has the same phone and we will be junkies these phone at income tax time and never ever by a samsung product again.

Was on hold for over a hour. Never helped just hung up on. Was under manufacture warranty but told I couldn't get my phone fixed or replaced after taking it to a Samsung store that was a manufacturing problem that I needed a new phone. This company lies, gaslights and misdirects people If I could give them zero stars I would. They are engaged in false advertising on their website and their Australian representative are some of the worst you will ever deal with. It’s been over 3 months now since I ordered a washing machine through their online store. They still have my money. Some of THE most unprofessional employees you will ever deal with.

Absolutely disgrace of a company. Our brand new fridge started to have tiny cracks that became actual cracks in the fridge on multiple shelves and in the freezer as well where the fridge is getting overheated. Reported it more than a year ago to no resolution. Samsung said it’s not a manufacturing default! There are other reviews with same issues! How is that not a manufacturing default?! Do not buy

I bought samsung fridge which took ages to arrive and when finally arrived it has no legs and they promise to exchange it with new one but they took ages to follow up. When we follow up they said they will refund money. 😡😡😡😡 what a waste of time and money. Delivery service is even poor. They call you when they arrive at home. I think they should inform us at least 1 day prior before they come. People have job here. No one is staying at home whole day. What a hectic process. Never gonna purchase any products from samsung.

I read about this and I didn't believe it. Now it happened to me, so I will give you my honest review. I traded my Samsung S9 phone for 40 dollars. Removed it from the Beetle case it has been from day one, charged it, factory defaulted the phone, made sure it was wrapped nicely and added the case to the box I sent. Received a message that "upon inspection, have adjusted your Trade-in Value to $16.00". Shame on you Samsung ! For the 24 dollars difference that you want, you lost me as a future customer for good. I bought a 512 GB Samsung Ultra, the top watch, own a Samsung TV and a vacuum among many other devices. This was the last time I have purchased anything that has Samsung name on it, for the 24 dollars that you stealing from my pocket. I will not waste my time to refuse it but will take the time to distribute on social media, and tell everyone I know that Samsung is not what I knew it used to be. Shame on you Samsung ! The phone I traded and you took pictures of it, was in like new condition. Florentin Salceanu.

We have been in our new home for just over two years. We did a custom build and had samsung appliances put in our home. With in the first month of using our range the circuit board went out. Samsung refused to honor their warranty on the range. The original builder cover the cost of repair for the range. That was at the end of July 2022. Today July 3, 2013, our range stopped working again so we will not have a stove or oven over the holidays. We are going to contact protect a local service company to check our range. If you are looking at buying samsung appliances, I would not!! Samsung Corp. Are a bunch of crooks and their appliances are garbage.

This is the worst products I’ve ever had I bought a double oven 3 years ago they’ve been out 4 times and never fixed it and then it caught on fire and burnt my leg and the wall behind my stove and after over 50 calls they still didn’t respond to help worst customer service and product ever do not buy

Nobody until now has made me refund my money. PLEASE, do not buy directly with Sunsug. They cannot keep their word, and someone stole my order nobody worries; I lost my money because I did not receive my order. On May 26th, 2023, my husband and I were at work at 6:37 pm when FedEx supposedly delivered my package, and my mailbox was empty when I arrived home. How did the postman give someone else my package and maybe the wrong apartment?? I'm very frustrated it is a wedding present that I've waited for more than 10 days and the worst has not arrived. How can I resolve it to the TRADE-IN? I have until June 9th to send in my old watch. I still await my Galaxy Watch5,40mm, Gold, Bluetooth SM-R900NZDDXAA QTY: 1.
