Sent my order over two weeks late, and the package wasn't even track able. Two items were missing and two others weren't signed even tough it clearly said it'd be signed when I ordered it. Really slow at answering, I needed to tweet to them publicly before I got an answer.

Where is Jonny s Signature? On the 18th of April, I ordered the Album Jarak Qaribak. It is an album performed by Jonny Greenwood (among others). To be honest, I am not particularly interested in the album, but Jonny will sign it. As a big Radiohead fan, I try to collect all the signatures of the band members in different formats, so this is a cool addition. Sandbag writes: "Thanks for your order. We’ll let you know once your item(s) have been dispatched." Then in June 2023, they write: "Unfortunately, the shipment of the signed vinyl was delayed in transit. Sadly, this means that we have been unable to dispatch your order as yet." On November the 28th, I wrote: "Was this order ever sent? I have not received anything so far. I am not in a hurry, but I would appreciate it if it could be sent at some point." In November, THEY did not respond, even though I wrote to the correct email address. Oddly enough, they always communicate with a 'no-reply' address, which underlines their lack of interest in communicating with their customers. In March 2024, someone informed me about a photobook of Colin Greenwood, who is actually the brother of Jonny. There is also a signed, limited edition. As this is a nice addition to my collection, I am interested and I place an order. I also inquired about my previous order. Now they did react: "Looking at your order history - I can see that your order was shipped in June 2023. Unfortunately, it is now too late to ask for a refund or a replacement. Any issues with orders must be reported to us with reasonable opportunity to investigate any claim. It has now been too long from the shipment date for us to investigate." -I ordered a lot in my life from various webshops worldwide. This is the most dissatisfying message I have ever received as a customer. Where did Jonnie's autograph go? Was it ever sent? What happened? Did someone at Sandbag just hand it over to a random person on the street to deliver it to me? Did they put the album in a bottle and throw it in the channel? Does anyone know? Well, if their internal communication is of the same caliber as their communication with their customers, chances are that no one knows at this point. The other day, I ordered a phone case for a dollar from China. I truly got bombarded with emails updating me about every single step of the journey, from Shanghai to my postal box. Not so much the practice at Sandbag. They ship something (or not) without leaving a single trace. In what world are we living where cheap phone cases are valued more than autographs of Jonny Greenwood? My advice to potential customers: If you can avoid dealing with Sandbag, do it! There is a serious potential that your life will be better for making this choice. If not, because their B service is connected to loads of A bands (how is this even possible?), then I advise you to keep asking about your order as much as you can. Even if they appear to be unresponsive to your communication, keep pushing until you get an answer. Because if you do not, one day they will respond, and you might not like the answer.

Still waiting on 3 Take That CDs bought with tour tickets that should have been delivered just after release date in November. Dreadful TM won’t help and Sandbag ignoring all communication.. disgusting service

Tracking number doesn’t work, website links for help/support all don’t work, so so so bummed I was scammed by this garbage company.

Horrible experience. Would give zero stars if I could. Placed an order almost a month ago and haven’t heard anything since…. Until I received an email 15 minutes ago that it was canceled. According to other reviews, it seems as though this is the norm for sandbag. It’s inexcusable for a service to be so horribly unreliable. I will NEVER be using sandbag EVER again. I’m incredibly disappointed and it will take more than a full refund (which according to other reviews, I may not receive it) to make reparations.

Placed a merch order from one of my favorite artists that happens to be handled by Sandbag. HORRIBLE experience and total waste of time. Paid, got order confirmation, then nothing. Emailed a couple of weeks later to inquire and someone said it would go out today and they sent me a tracking number. 30 days later and nothing shipped yet. That package never made it to the post office. Emailed again to cancel order and no reply. Had to message through their website to get an answer, which they did refund the order at that point. Total waste of time, not to mention that I really wanted the items. I will never order again from an artist that uses Sandbag for their merch.

Same old story, for some reason The Smile use this atrocious business to run the merchandise side. ordered a CD on the 12th Dec, only dispatched on the 22nd Dec after me chasing them. Obviously, too late for Christmas. Why would an experienced band use such a poorly rated business??

WARNING. Impossible to get in touch with as all their links for help or support are either broken, go to a domain name sale page or you get an i phone potential fraudulent site warning . Absolutely do not bother even trying to trust them

Please AVOID this Black Sabbath website UK managed by SandbagUK at all cost. These company are scammers. They will rip you off with their old tactics. These people are dangerous!

I made an inquiry to ship delayed items to my new address as I had moved during the shipping delay, and I was assured this would not be a problem. Now the items are sold out through Radiohead, and sandbag ltd won't respond at all . AVOID AT ALL COSTS. RADIOHEAD, PLEASE USE A NEW COMPANY, THEY ARE HORRIBLE. WILL UPDATE IF THEY CAN FIX IT, BUT I DOUBT IT, AS THEY WILL NOT RESPOND.

Pre ordered 2 tears for fears tshirts. Ordered delayed. 2 wrong tshirts were sent. Wanted a picture that proved my claim. Never got replaced or even contact to replace items. The name sez it all. You'll get sandbagged .

I would give zero stars if possible. My order was never shipped out until I reached out to them, weeks after I was charged and it was supposed to ship. Then when the order finally came an item was missing. They never apologized or even responded to my email. I am currently waiting for any response to try and get a refund.

Bought pre-order The Misfits/Unji Ito shorts, I waited months for it to be shipped to me. But when it shipped. The order never even made it to the post office(from the tracking the post office never received the package. As of today the tracking still says shipping label created, usps still awaiting item) and they said it must of gotten lost. They could not send me a replacement because it was a limited run item and will not be reprinted again. All they did was say "were very sorry for your disappointment" and gave me my refund.

Company lied about shipping date and gaslighting me. They never replied after I asked for resolution on missing items. Contacting them was the worst customer service experience I’ve had in years.

They cancelled a concert due to COVID , told me I’d get a refund, and two weeks later nothing has happened. Keep getting a standard message from them saying they are processing it. Rang them and the staff seemed to blame one another with no response. Appalling!
