I really wish I could give a better review as I was so looking forward to my purchases. However, I regret to say I still haven’t received them and I spent (quite a bit) some weeks ago. I’ve attempted to contact but no communication as of yet. I really hope they’re delivered soon otherwise I’ll have to request a refund. Many thanks.

I just wanted to know if I’m Entered into the draw and win will I be likely to receive the £50 phone case/accessories before the one I ordered 2 weeks ago that still hasn’t arrived? Your super duper customer services have not responded to any of my emails and I’ve had 2 different emails telling me my case is on is way? Still not phone case? Also when I try and track it the link takes me onto a virgin media website?! Any help would be greatly appreciated. A friend of mine has ordered a very similar case from KissMwah which came within 3 days.

Would give zero stars if I could! Ordered a phone case on the 12th July and got a dispatch email on the 16th July. I STILL haven't received the phone case and have sent 4 emails and tried contacting them via social media.. all of which have gone unanswered! Absolutely awful company I would never recommend them!

First of all I won’t be purchasing from this website again. I ordered my phone case on the 6th July and still have not received my order. The customer service is completely rubbish.

Ordered 2 weeks ago and items where dispatched over a week ago and still haven’t received my items. No reply from my email. If I haven’t heard back within 24 hours I will be taking this further!

I ordered this phone case and it was nothing like it looked on the website, i also emailed about 4 days ago but i still haven’t had a response.

My first phone case I purchased was not the same colour back ground that was on the website when I spoke to the women on email she gave me 30% off my next phone case she told me to put exactly what I wanted in the box when I check out so I’ve ordered the same one and put everything in the box what I wanted this time it came the colour it was supposed to but my phone does not fit in the case I’ve emailed told them the situation I never got a email back which I find very rude

Its been over a week now and I haven’t received my order. I emailed twice and even DM on Instagram but no response. Will be contacting Klarna to get in contact with you guys. Never ordering from here

I placed an order on the 10th June and it still hasn’t arrived! I’ve emailed the customer service team 3 times and still not one response. The only form of contact I’ve had with sassy online is through Instagram and the reply was ‘the team are extremely behind on emails and will get back to you ASAP’ All I want is to be able to speak to someone regarding my order as it’s been over 2 weeks now!

10 days on, item STILL not received, despite receiving a despatch notice over 7 days ago and paying for 1st Class Signed for delivery. I have sent several messages to Sassy online over the last 4 days by various methods (email - twice, Facebook and Instagram) and no response, although their presence online and their accounts are very active!!!!! They claim their customer service team are super-duper, but they are anything but!!!! If I don’t receive a response by tomorrow, I will be raising a dispute via paypal to reclaim the funds! I’m actually starting to feel dubious about this company! I certainly wouldn’t buy anything else from them!

Haven’t received my phone case I ordered on the 3rd have tried to email two times and dm on Instagram and no reply can I hear something back because I don’t know how to get in contact about it

I really enjoyed the fact that even after contacting you and you claiming you sent a replacement for my original order than never showed up i still haven’t received either phone cases even after multiple attempts at contacting your company. I’ve also asked for a full refund from you and I’ve received no money back or any response from you or your team.
