Requested a copy receipt for warranty purposes on several occasions and received absolutely no response. Very disappointed. Purchasing was easy and delivery time good.

Hi, I can't find any record of the requests on the system so can only assume these did not come through. I have sent copies of the invoices to your email if you still require them.

This was caused by an error on our supplier's part as they entered the wrong product on the order when we purchased it for delivery to yourselves.

A company that sells partly-working products, and isn't willing to deal with any after-sales issues. No feedback from them, no replies to emails about exchanges or refunds. Will not deal with them again. Bunch of cowboys

Items were fine but time for dispatch was really terrible, about two weeks or more even though they were said to be in stock with them, not awaiting stock or anything. Won't go back.

I have ordered from this firm twice - and on both occasions was let down. The site promises customers delivery in 1-3 days and labels items as "in stock". What rubbish! They called to cancel my order as the item was NOT in stock! The second order (1-3 days in stock) - 11 days later I had to chase! Argued for a refund for postage - even that they got wrong and refunded me £3 short! I always seem to speak to the same two guys - is this a 2 man band? Stay clear people!

Placed an order for a Microsoft mouse. I was ordering a few things from various websites at the time. 3 days later just get an extremely blunt email saying - your order has been cancelled. Reason: Out of stock. it was that blunt and lacking in information I wondered if it was a phishing email. The email didn't even tell me what I had ordered!, so I had to do an investigation as to what I needed to buy again!! Very poor customer service.

Bought item from them earlier in the year (USB Stick). Item arrived quickly, but was faulty and broke within a couple of weeks. I sent the item back for refund as agreed but it's been over a month and I've still not received any confirmation/refund from them.

I purchased a Hard disk drive from them on the Saturday, after waiting patiently over the weekend for an e-mail on Monday confirming delivery I instead had an e-mail saying they had cancelled my order, the reason being it was a pricing error. Basically, I ordered and paid for an item which they had in stock, but because they didn't want to sell it to me for the advertised price they cancelled the order and said it wasn't an agreement until they had decided to ship the item. So now I am left with no item, no money refunded back into my bank as yet, and unable to get a new item elsewhere because they have my money. Most good business' and customer services would have sent the item and bit the bullet at losing a few pounds through their own fault, and despite legally stores are obliged to sell the item at the advertised price. Very lame company, very bad customer services and ethics, False advertising (or incompetent pricing staff) and blatantly unprofessional, do not expect anything you order from this company to turn up or them be in a hurry to give your money back. If I could give them a review of very poor I would, and i have dealt with some bad and frustrating petty companies in my time but these are the worst!.

I returned a faulty Tablet (HannSpree 10") which was picked up by your courier and got lost in Glasgow for three weeks or more then to add insult to injury you still made me pay for the postage.

Terrible service - the item showed in stock and I needed it urgently. They took my money and then a few days later said emailed to say they didn't have it. I complained and through several emails they never once offered any kind of an apology, they just blamed their supplier. ***If you need something urgently, and they show stock do not trust them, I recommend ordering it somewhere else. I certainly won't be using them again.

I was very annoyed that the USB I ordered was unusable, so I had to go to all the hassle of returning it, the website was not clear on returns, and I still don't have a USB!

the device only works on Samsung products which is not stated whilst listed you only find that out when the device is sent to you don't buy if you haven't got Samsung.

The base unit is as described, seems good value and is working well at present. It arrived packed well but there were no installation instructions and this had to be done by trial and error. There is a manual to be found within the apps. Basic guidance to find it and guarantee repair instructions would have been helpful.

Tell us how we did? You did very poor. Firstly I requested replace or repair faulty item. I should get information where to send it. I did not. Secondly no answer for my next email, I had to call you and wasted money to 0845. Now I have sent the item 8 days ago no any word from you. Did you received or maybe is lost? Your service is totally rubbish. I will think twice in the future if I should buy anything in your shop.

8 days and counting for a 3 business day delivery items, I've not heard from Saverstore. Yet payment has been collected, invoice issued and the status of my order changed to completed online. Up till now, there was no single email or alet to inform me about the status of my order. Very poor indeed - worst online transaction ever. I definitely know where to go next time.

The overall shopping experience was good apart from being told the item was in stock when it wasn't. Then having no idea until contacting customer services when it would arrive.
