“I initially dealt with Chelsea via email who was really nice and friendly. A call was organised for the same night and David rang me. David took the time to listen, explain the full process and all available options. He understood my thoughts/feelings and was non judgemental. Overall he was extremely supportive, friendly and patient. After that the process moved extremely quickly and only a matter of days from speaking to getting the paperwork signed and completed. Overall from speaking to David I was very anxious and scared but he totally settled me and really lifted a weight from my shoulder.”

“Chelsea and David were extremely helpful. I was embarrassed and apprehensive about my situation but they took time to listen and explain my options. David was very professional and outlined the possible ways forward. For the first time in a long time I feel more positive about things. I admit to leaving things too long which made my situation worse. If anyone has any doubts about contacting them, don't.”

“I was initially worried about my debts and didn't know where to turn to. I spoke with David Tannock who was very patient and helpful and explained all of my options. I'm not great with technology so David travelled from Glasgow office to Edinburgh office to meet me and help me in person with the paperwork and documents. “I recently got into a bit of debt bother and it became so overwhelming I just let it snowball for months. After one phone call with David, I had a weight off my mind, a plan of action and support every step. “I can't write a review without sounding over the top. But Michael really did save me. I'm not the easiest of people to deal with, numbers scare me and I'm very impatient. Michael remained calm, patient and knowledgeable with me throughout the process and gave me clarity on the situation. He was very understanding and answered all questions/concerns that I had ( I had alot!), explained what was going to happen and what was needed from me. Iv always been embarrassed about my financial situation and never wanted to discuss it with anyone. I felt comfortable with him from the get go which allowed me to be completely open and honest with him about my debts and because of that he was able to get me out of the dark place iv been in. I had all this debt and not enough money coming in to cover it. I didn't think this kind of help was available to me.I will forever be thankful to Archangel Michael (as I now like to call him!) and Scotland Debt Solutions for all your time and help.”
