“Placed an order for Verbena Eau de Toilette. Was told through email the order would be delivered in 5working days. That was on 18th Dec2020. By mid January the (Christmas Gift) had still not arrived. After several emails it was established that the product had actually been despatched but had not arrived. Oddly though, I never rec6any notifications to state that it had been sent, despite the fact that I provided both my email and mobile number. A full refund was finally received.”
