“Stumbled upon this totally by accident when I was looking through my linkedin contacts. I saw Sief Khafagi who worked at facebook and was investing in real estate, and at that time I too was interested in starting to invest my money and was looking for non mainstream (low return) investments. Out of curiousity I looked at Sief's website and read his bio, which intrigued me, so I thought what do I have to lose if I contact him and we chat. At least I will learn something in the direction I wanted to head with investing, maybe try to network. Had the call, was impressed with the professionalism, and what Sief and his partners are doing. After much due diligence about the company, cross checking records, LLCs, social media, I went up to LA to check out a potential project and met with Sief personally. I decided to invest in the project a portion of my savings to test out the whole thing. And made an amazing return of 38%. Invested 50K, made 69K in a matter of about half a year, which is insane. After that I decided to do a flip of my own, to be personally involved with a few local people I met and I had to get my funds back. They were wired to me promptly without questions, capital + return. I honestly think this is a gem I found by accident and will be happy to participate in more projects once I pull out some money from my current flip.”

“Working with Seif has been great so far, though I've only been part of one investment prior to COVID putting a close on summer plans. I find Sief's responsiveness, clarity, and patience to be a huge plus (I'm sure answering a million questions from wavering first-time investors can be a challenge). The feedback I'd give for improvement is to purposefully disclose potential pitfalls of each investment (and can be paired with plans to address those pitfalls); as the old adage goes, "no investment is a sure thing", so it would be both reassuring and informative to understand the risks from your perspective, what you're looking out for, plans to address it, etc. Overall, haven't seen my first returns yet, but so far has been a positive experience, and will look to keep it going!”
