“I am so fed up. This app has been nothing but problems. My daughters iPhone is not working at all. her apps are gone and her internet text and calling doesn't work and she is going away this weekend. Beyond frustrating and upsetting. I have emailed customer care and have gotten nothing back. Her phone is literally deactivated. I removed the app and deleted her as a child on my app and deleted the app and her phone still wont work......Any one have any suggestions? This is urgent.”

“I installed this on my daughters iPhone 6 because she wasn't getting homework completed... when she got her grades up I promised to delete the app so when I tried to delete it as I promised it made the phone stop working FOREVER!!!!!!!! We could not buy another phone so now our daughter is mad at me”

“Screen Time is AWESOME if your child has anything, but an iPhone. We started using Screen Time when our child had an android and LOVED it! We really liked the customization that was allowed, and the detailed emails we could receive telling us how much time was spent on specific apps. I had to give 4 stars instead of 5, because it does NOT work as well on iPhone because of licensing agreements. Instead we could only get an email with how much time was spent on the phone (no details), we couldn't pick and choose which apps it would involve, and whenever we turned on any limitations, our sons' phone would have issues connecting when it was time for them to come back on. Instead of being a help, it actually became more of a hindrance and pain with iPhones; enough that we cancelled our subscription and are on the look for something else. BUT, if we ever move off iPhones, I would pick back up on Screen Time without hesitation.”

“It doesn't work well with iPhone terminals. . The network is falling too often. when i try to reinstall , i can't and the phone reminds blocked asking a code to cancel the VPN. I'm really angry, fed up with this.”

“Screentime works properly ONLY on your home wi-fi router. Throw a hotspot into the mix and the VPN requirement locks the child's device. Nice way to spend my vacation... a crying child and my playing IT repairman.”

“I have been using this app since Jan 2017, recommended by the school. It works well on my daughter’s Samsung S5 with no problem. Somehow it will only detected and started to run the daily hour limit if my kids touch the app on their ASUS. It doesn’t make sense for the kids to voluntarily ‘activate’ the app on their devices. And the most disappointing part, it is not working on my kid’s iPhone 5s. The apps disappeared for no obvious reason, blocked and locked at the wrong time. Since I already paid for one year subscription, I keep in touch with the support team and constantly try to figure it out, but so far the same problem happened again and again. I took the iPhone from my kid to and keep it with me so that I am certain that he didn’t swap up to close the app or did anything to compromise. It didn’t work. And because of all these technical issues, it causes disappointments among my kids since one is working and the rest ‘got the freedom’. Luckily they understand why I am controlling their devices and cooperate with me. But I decided to leave Screen Time Labs and now move to Kidslox.”

“Super App, wir können es allen empfehlen, auch den Kindern, denn damit können auch sie wieder rausfinden, wie man die Freizeit noch gestalten kann außer mit dem an dem "an-der-hand-klebenden-Handy". So ist für beide Seiten das Thema Handy nicht mehr täglich zu diskutieren.”

“I've spent hours trying to fix the phone after my kid triggered some kind of "blocking" by trying to uninstall it. They support is not helpful. It should not happen. Well, it did. Twice. Happened last year as well in a different way. Now I cannot do anything on the phone as it has a screen asking for a password. Only one try at 60 minutes!!! I have the passwords saved in LastPass, so I'm sure I have them right.”

“This takes the guesswork out of managing your child’s time and usage of any mobile device or tablet! I love how I can give extra time for chores and tasks when they’re completed. I also love how I can remotely shut everything down without having to struggle to take the tablet away (this avoids bigger fights)! My daughter now has limits she can clearly see and system of checks and balances that help her stay on task. This is a blessing for kids with ADHD and their parents! Well worth the $5 every month. Safely monitor your kids while helping them learn how to earn time!”

“Als Kind ist diese App einfach nur schlecht zu bewerten.Nicht die Gestaltung ist schlecht,sondern das,um das es geht.Dies ist von Eltern installiert,die nicht gut mit sozialen Medien umgehen können”

“Seems to be working well on my daughter's android smartphone. She hates it of course but it was necessary to control her screen time and to monitor her on social media. BUT - it did not work at all on my son's Iphone 5. All the apps disappeared and would not come back. We had to delete the app and won't be using it again on Apple products. Also disappointed that you cannot use on Windows PC / laptops. Would be useful.”

“It's a great tool for parents because u can monitor what your child is on but, it cost money and when you are a low income family like we are it is hard to pay for the app. It should be a free app.”

“This app is horrible. I wanted to just try the trial period but was not impressed with it and now it will not let me uninstall it off my child's phone. I just want to get this app off her phone. Can someone please help me with this?!”

“Very helpful to respect the time limit we allowed and still gave us the possibility to change that limit when needed. Known expectations for both children/parents reduce situations.of conflict.”

“I love this App! I have 2 teens and downloading this app on their android phone allows us to supervise their online activity. I can see what they are searching for online. I monitor how much and what apps they can use their phones at school. It's great! I share this information with any parent who would listen! I think I'm your biggest advertising.”
