“I ordered some screens from Screen with Envy last month and had excellent customer service. I wasn't sure what type of fence posts to buy to go with the screens and I have never bought this kind of product before, so I chatted to them first. They were really helpful and the screens arrived swiftly. If you are at all concerned about the company or if you aren't sure what size of screen to buy I suggest you talk through your needs with them first before buying as I did. As you can see from the picture I have actually bought a product from this company. This photo is me and my husband trying out my screen to see how the garden design is coming along. I now have to do a bit more digging in the garden before I can concrete in the posts and get everything fixed up permanently but I am so pleased with my purchase. The screen is gorgeous. (I got the Alhambra if you like the design).”

One arrived within 2 days together with a note of apology and a packet of Love Hearts. I had been worried after reading these reviews, but can't believe they are talking about the same company. “This company has been nothing but professional with me and I can't understand all these negative reviews. Both my orders - I ordered more as I liked the 1st lot so many - arrived within a week, although it says next day delivery with so many people isolating it's not surprising that it took longer than advertised. I had to check a few details with them about the screens and they replied almost instantly and answered all my questions. Considering how many companies are fobbing off with 'due to covid' it was nice to deal with such a friendly and efficient company.”

“Just placed my 4th order. Cant comment on customer service as ordered online and never had any cause to speak to them. Delivery has never been next day but usually between 2 to 3days. We have used the product to form a fence round our sitting area and some for decorative purposes. I love them and stood up well to the Scottish winter thus far.”
