“I have gone through whole complaints process with scs what a waste of time , they are getting away with advertising luxurious comfortable quality sofas on shop floor and turning out rubbish on delivery of bespoke sofas , mine cost £1500 and is so hard to sit on it’s causing severe back pain to all the family, after 6 months of grief they do nothing. I think it’s time all of us genuine customers stood u to them and take it one step further let’s all complain to RIP OFF BRITAIN see if our girls can help us out , after all what have we got to loose ???”
