Faulty sofa delivered. After several weeks They sent someone to inspect it and said he didn’t have the necessary skill so they would send someone else. Several weeks later they same man returned!! It was ordered in my partners name but they had no problem speaking to me on several occasions. Today when enquiring about the next steps they suddenly won’t speak to me because of data protection. This company is a joke!! Do not use them spend your hard earned money somewhere else.

Have had a Rafa leather 3 settee for nearly 2 years now. 3 weeks ago the settee developed a fault. Left arm rest became loose from the inside fixings. Contacted insurance and as it was a "manufacturer fault" they didn't want to know. Contacted SCS direct to explain the issue and they agreed with the insurance outcome, then went on to say" the frame is only under warranty for 18 months". This would have been easier to accept if was explained to us at the time of sale. We were sold the warranty as "all singing and dancing cover" which it clearly is not. Will never go near this company again after purchasing several settees in the past. So disappointed with the poor lack of support.

AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS. Had sofa delivered with a broken frame. Couldn't use part of sofa for four months until replacement delivered. Replacement came with no feet and 7 faults which delivery men found when unwrapping. One being that hinges didn't line up so corner sofa didn't fit together properly. Couldn't get full refund until 2nd sofa picked up so I am left with no sofa for five weeks until new sofa comes from a better shop! Scs Couldn't give a damn poor aftercare and shoddy quality furniture! AVOID THIS SHOP

Sofa developed major fault ie sagging within 6 months and scs did not want to know. Luckily got money vack via section 75 on credit card scs washed there hands and their engineer could not find fault. Independent specialist was amazed by this. Avoid at all costs

We had a corner sofa delivered but it had wrong feet and other issues. We had 5 delivery teams over several weeks coming to the house with replacement suites but with same issues. Finally a team arrived with the intention of fixing the suite but thy were sent with the wrong stuff so couldn't do it. The suite caused damage to our laminate flooring and it was agreed we would recieve £300 compensation for this, which we did. Finally we accepted the offer of a refund. The suite was collected leaving us with nothing to sit on. Now SCS are saying that the £300 compensation must come off the money we paid for the suite. Also we were told we had already received a part of the refund too but we have received nothing. No one says they know what is going on and we are minus a suite and short of £4650. We will now go to court if it is not paid soon in full. It has been a complete shambles from start to finish.

Bought spark 2 and 3 seater both sag in the corners the only thing well made was the footstool. Only had it 2 years and wasnt sat on for the 1st year. Avoid at all costs!!!

Purchased a settee and recliner chair and although it was 5 years ago it looks like I have had it 30 years. Faded sunken just horrible. I live on my own so doesnt have lots of wear. Just really bad workmanship..

Purchased Cancace 2 and 3 seater sofa, made a complaint about the seats all sagging only had it 2 months. Aftercare came out to check it, took the whole sofa apart, why I don't know, only complaining about the seats. He said they would contact us in a weeks time, we'll that didn't happen. Phoned them after a month, they said there was a small tear which had been sorted out on the day. I didn't have a clue what they were talking about. Scs has just phoned to say there is nothing wrong with our sofas. So please whatever you do DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

Disgusting customer service. I have colour loss on a leather settee which SCS promised to repair, even brought new leather covers to replace faulty ones. Their upholsterer said he was only booked in for 2 hours when it would take 6 so therefore he was unable to carry out the work required. After ringing SCS more than once to rearrange I was finally told 4 months later that they would not attend to any repair taking more than 4 hours labour. Surely they should have known this before promising the repair

I have given one star when infact I don't rate these any stars! My poor friend had her sofa delivered and both her and her young daughter were put in a very vulnerable position and left very traumatised by the awful delivery men who demanded she gave them £50 because they had slight difficulty in getting the sofa in her home, and they refused to leave her property until she did! This was reported both to SCS and the Police. SCS have recently written to my friend to inform her that both men have been dismissed from their job, and as a gesture of good will they will refund her the £50! As a gesture of good will!!! the money was wrongly taken from her in the first place! Absolute disgrace! She should be receiving compensation after what her and her daughter was put through. Not a bloody gesture of good will!

Mis sold and impossible to get anything sorted. Why give store contact numbers when public cannot ring stores direct. Dont know how this company is still operating

Hade a suite 4 years but i live on my own and work long hours so i barely sit on it. After weeks the arm was creaking so someone came out to repair it and blamed me for sitting on it! I hadnt then weeks later the arm on the other sofa was creaking they came to fix it and said it was a change in temperature of the room!!! Now the material is fraying away from the seam on two cusions was told it is wear and tear even though an uppilsterer told me it is faulty material! Dont ever buy from scs they want your money for badly made furnature!

We ordered a £2000 table and chairs in February 2022. At the time we were told the set would arrive in April. April came and went with no contact from them so we queried it. Mid May we received an email to say great news, it was in the warehouse and we would receive a call within the next three days to arrange delivery. 48 hours later we received another call to say there had been a few issues and now the table and chairs won't be delivered until the end of August/start of September. We contacted customer services to query and essentially they'd messed up someone else's order so they gave them our table and chairs! Mid August we called again for an update and were told that the table and chairs would 100% be in the warehouse ready for distribution on 24th August. It's now the 27th August and we've heard nothing so we've called for further information. We've been told that it's not arrived in their warehouse and they'll send an email to query but they expect to get a response within the next 7 days! They've offered us £150 off the price of the goods! We're spending £2000 on a table and chairs, do you think we care about the money?! No! All we want is our table and chairs! Where are they SCS?!

I paid for Aftercare, I was assured that anything that went wrong would be covered. 2 years after I purchased in full for my sofa and the aftercare service I had an issue my sofa sits in full sun when they had to replace a cushion due to the sofa not being built correctly and damaging the sofa and a cushion the rest of of the cushion and sofa are now a different colour and the new cushion is nearly double the thickness of the rest so I cannot use it. I'm not kidding it's nearly double the thickness and 6 times the wrong colour shade I have issues with my back and I am partially disabled so for me to sit on this new cushion it's like my back is breaking. I certainly won't me using this company again and I would like my money back from the so called aftercare. What a joke!

Really upset with SCS we bought Lino that was sold to us as suitable for kitchen and dining room. Great service as we purchased. Fitters came in and fitted poor fitting in certain areas but we didn’t complain at this point but when after being down for 8 months the floor started to lift in areas. Called and scs appeared to care. Sent someone to take photos who “blamed fitters” and asked for fitters to rectify. Took several more calls (initiated by ourselves) eventually sent out fitters who I gave to say I have never come across such rude scruffy and unprofessional people. They took a couple of photos and said “not our fault” now escalated to manager who without looking at the floor had taken the unprofessional fitters work that the floor is lifting due to table and chairs being on the floor???? Wait a minute is that not what a floor is for? Funrnture on it? This was sold to us as the perfect flooring for a kitchen and dining room? Can I ask what normally goes in a dining room? I am escalating this to tracing standards I have never had such terrible aftercare. SCS you should hang your head in shame this is disgraceful treatment of customers!

WARNING do not buy from ScS. Please for your own sake do not waste your money buying furniture from these people. I foolishly bought the Lucca, it lasted 2 years before the cushions collapsed and the colour came off.
