“The lady called Clare who did my order was very helpful she explained everything I needed to know.She gave me very good advice about items which can help look after my new sofa.And I also enjoyed a lovely cup of coffee while the payment process was completed.I would recommend them to to all my friends when they are ready to purchase furniture in future.”

“After having a sofa delivered a couple of days ago I found a few faults in the material. I rang customer service straight away and sent a number of photos. The customer service team were very professional and it was all responded too very quickly. I was unconvinced these faults could be rectified and was expecting to have to return it, however a technician came within 48 hours and I was very impressed he managed to sort it all out within half an hour. Great furniture and great customer service, would definitely buy from them again.”

Samuel has a very pleasant attitude and great sense of humor. Your employees are all worthy of praise. And I appreciate the fact that your front-line people speak the English language fluently. This is not usually the case.Mr. James Jones was very professional patient clarifying the issues that was going on which he resolved would recommend him times he get stars from me wasted all Customer rats were just like him.”

“The delivery drivers Ian and Deon were excellent.couldn’t get onto site for them so telling you instead.punctual delivery kept us informed all the time.Very courteous drivers . We are very pleased with sofa. Mr and Mrs capes. sofa was delivered at 10am 20/05/2023”

“Can't fault scs from ordering to delivery then I swapped the cuddle chair for an armchair with no problem, the customer care team went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Will be definitely ordering again in the future. Keep up the good work scs. And thanks again.”

“I walked into your Chelmsford store and was welcomed by a member of staff. I was told to walk around and tell him if I liked any sofa. I choose a sofa and went back to the member of staff. He called over a lovely lady called Jackie. I showed her the sofa I liked. Jackie went through everything I wanted to know with me, in a very professional and knowledgeable way . (I purchased that sofa ) . Jackie is assert to your company.”
