“Don’t purchase anything online from Sears. I have them tried to deliver a fridge 4 times !!! Everything I need to refuse delivery due to them sending damage goods. They refuse to refund my money. I have spoken to Yvette M. Ackerson. Whom is supposed to help me out all she does is snap back at me like if I’m the problem for trying to get what I paid for. She is rude and has poor customer service. I have emails to prove how she treats me and the situation. I’m advising the consumers to not buy from Sears. You will be living a nightmare like I am. Four deliveries and I still don’t have a fridge.
FYI , the delivery issue hasn’t been addressed. She replies very rudely the time has come and my problem hasn’t been addressed . I don’t even get responses from her anymore.”

“Sears suck! I wish I would have read some if these reviews before my purchase. I made a purchase March 6, I never received a follow up email or confirmation. Thank God I took a screen shot of the transaction number. Anyway I emailed customer services got a order number and a delivery confirmation date. Which was supposed to be March 26. NOTHING! STILL! I checked my order status and it says preparing to be shipped. I call customer service and they say they can't help because it was a in store purchase when it wasn't. Anyway they sent me a link to chat with someone about canceling my order and every time I click the link it says.... Hummm we're sorry this page seems to be down or temporarily removed 😕 wtf. At this point I just want my freaking money back”
“I bought a large refrigerator kenmore from sears on April 29 of 2020 and I started having problems with it about May of this year, it got worse and food I called sears on 4/29/21, They scheduled a diagnosis on August 12 for a refrigerator repair, i had to buy a cheaper fridge just to wait, they told me manaufacture warranty would cover, guy who came here said it would cost too much to repair and to say we told him not to look at at for the cost of diagnosis, this is not the first big purchase that i had to go to battle with Sears over! Don’t shop here!!”
“Ordered 2 “300pc drill & drive sets” for Xmas presents. One came damaged, box & plastic broken, pieces out of the box, not suitable to give as a gift. Sears wants me to
1) go to UPS to return the item
2) go online and buy the item again
3) pay for the item & the shipping again
4) call them after I order to get shipping refunded.
5) wait 5-7 days after they receive the return to refund my money!
At this point I said NO, not worth the hassle, lesson learned, DONT SHOP AT SEARS!! There’s a reason I stopped shopping at SEARS years ago!”
“I have been a Sears customer for over 50-years. I recently ordered a tool chest from Sears.com., and paid $360, when it arrived, the box was torn and the tool chest door was damaged. I immediately called to report the issue and wanted to return the unit and requested a prepaid shipping labe so I could return it. Sears told me that there was nothing they could do because it was a third party vendor. I told them that I paid Sears not a third party vender. I have called at least a half dozen times in an attempt to rectify this terrible situation. The customer service number transfers to India and these employees are very hard to understand which fustrates the situation. I even tried calling the Sears Corporate phone number only to be transferred back to India.”
