“Super efficient, I sent an email through the website and got a call back within a few days to schedule a pickup for a week or two later. I just placed my box of books outside my door and it was picked up within the given timeframe, no interaction required and very safe. Thanks for the smooth experience!”

“Easy to organize . I had put books in boxes , the person who came had to put them in their own green containers . It Would have saved time if I had left them loose but was not told to do that .”

“SOLD MY SCHOOL BOOKS! It was super easy to find what my books are worth or if they even have value. They where taking up space and I wasn't using them anymore. They give you options to how books can be delivered to make it easier for you and are very flexible. They where honest and when I went to drop them off it was simple. I received payment for my books the second day after dropping them off which is nice. Most importantly they plant trees in return which makes selling my books worth it. If you are full of books which now have no use and people don't want plus want to help the environment this is the place. Thank you Second Bind !”

“It was very smooth - pick up was super convenient. I left the donations out in the porch and they were picked up so not an issue even during social distancing times.”

“I so appreciate Second Bind especially during Covid when most organization and libraries are not accepting books and stuff You are efficient have excellent customer service and are needed your mission to distribute where there is need and decrease the recycling and waste is so needed. Many thx”

“I was very pleased with the process that SecondBind created for students like myself to sell and donate their old textbooks.
