“It was a great experience overall. I was contacted after I submitted the pickup request and confirmation email before the pickup. I would like to say if we could send a confirmation email once you received the books, it will be great!”

“It was great. I was thrilled to find a company that would take old textbooks and that these textbooks wouldn’t end up in a landfill. I don’t think this is well known.”

“The process of donating my books have been smooth. I'm glad for the effort Second Bind has devoted into facilitating the donation of books that may be potentially usable/useful to other people (e.g. current students). The pickup staff members have been very genuine and professional. Again, appreciated the effort. Keep up the good job, all those working at Second Bind!”

“Overall it was a good experience. Bette was the representative I was in contact with. She was helpful and professional. The only thing was a few days after my books were picked up, another representative called me asking if my books were ready for pick up. It seemed inconsistent with my experience to date. I was concerned my books were lost. Luckily, Nette contacted me a few days later to confirm I would receive my payment within a day or two which I did. It also took a few days in between communications. Sometimes they would call, sometimes they would email.”

“My experience with second bind was great! They offered me money for books that my bookstore wouldn’t buy back. I just dropped the package at my local ups location and was etransfered as soon as they arrived. I will be selling my books back to second bind from now on!”

“The process with SecondBind was simple and efficient. All packages were shipped in a timely manner and money was received safely and securely in a timely manner. Overall great experience and will be looking into future transactions with them!!”
