“I have bought a gaming chair in November 20, 2021. I'm writing this review in January 10, 2022 and the chair has not yet arrived. I have requested a refund 6 days ago, and still nothing. The most bizarre fact is that, during this unacceptable time frame, it would have been possible to produce and deliver another chair, while trying to figure out what happened to the first failed delivery, with yet some spare time. Right now I don't have the chair, but Secretlab has my money for almost 60 days - what a nice deal for them!
This was the worst online purchase I have made in my entire life and I would never buy Secretlab again. I really don't understand what's all the hype and fuss about this amateurish company.”
