They work on the behalf of the insurance company to save them money they will tell you it can be repaired just by taking a photo then the emails start that's when they price the works at just from a photo.

Awful service. Claim adjuster never returns any calls or voicemail. Not possible to solve any problem. Do the best not to pay anything. Claims adjuster Carlye Cohorst even didnt know anything that i need to be paid and then said that she doesnt know anything about payment

I got explained on the phone, we are not intitled for any refund as they COVER ONLY DIRECT FLIGHTS AND NOT ONE WITH CONNECTIONS! I sent multiple emails asking to have it written but they are just ignoring.

Other than already being angry and having a so called supervisor hang up on me because I gave the company my hospital discharge paperwork and they are not refunding me.

Absolute worst experience of my life trying to get my epic pass returned. Not only was it terrible service but they didn’t even refund the whole amount so I had to go back and fourth to get it corrected. It took 6 months or more
