Hi,I recently read some negative reviews on seedsman.com,so I feel that I should make people aware of my recent dealings with this company.I live in Canada and my order took 12 days to arrive,when I opened the package,I was missing one of the strains that I ordered.I notified seedsman support and they quickly fixed the problem(thanks,Ruth).I was pleasantly surprised by how quick my problem was rectified.I ordered a few different strains and I was amazed by the quality of the seedsman seeds.I germinated 6 seeds and they all are doing just great.I can’t speak for the individuals that had issues with this company,but I have to say seedsman is my go to seed bank from now on.

You are amazing, I still remember this wonderful African Buzz that I show in the photo, the first genetics I bought at Seedsman, that was a lot of years ago. Now I am enjoying the Peyote line, there is no doubt, it is the best of the best!!

Ordered 10 seeds as part of the Black Friday deal and ended up with so many freebies I'm stocked for the year! I'm in southern California and the seeds got to my door in less than a week. Just finishing up the Purple Ghost Candy its one of the most beautiful and potent plants I've ever grown!!!! 10/10

Like alot of us out there, seedsman provides for me not only great cannibas seed. More importantly, they have provided the path to a passion that has sparked inside I didn't even know was there. I love this amazing plant, and now many others because it. I have a huge vegetable garden aswell. Oh, They also have some off the best customer service Reps. Thank you again Seedsman

I received my seeds in 4 or 5 days which was great. I followed your germination directions to the letter. What I got was 5 seeds sitting in wet paper towels for 14 days doing nothing, no tap roots at all. This is not my first time germinating or growing cannabis plants and I don't expect to get 100% germination but I think I should get at least 2 seeds to grow a tap root so they can be planted and continue the process. All I got out of it was a waste of my time.

The order was filled and charged very fast, but shipment never left the warehouse. After several customer service attempts with absolutely no updates or resolutions I'm still waiting almost 3 weeks later for a shipment. Was really looking forward to continuing to order from seedsman. I understand your short staffed but some sort of non automated communication of what's being done to reship or refund really shouldn't be too much to ask for. Can't rate the product since still haven't received them 😕

Placed my first order on July 25 with them. As of July 27 the order shows 'dispatched' but the USPS tracking shows that the tracking number was created but has not changed status. It's now August 13, I've sent emails with no reply, if you call the number says "we won't check messages". No seeds, no replies. Kinda harsh, man.

Purple Ghost very good. Black Sugar germinated for 6 weeks now nothing, seed cracked but no root has shown. White Widow tried 2 seeds ; germinated approx. 4 weeks, one did not start, the other growing extremely slow. Took the seed about 2 weeks to crack and get approx. 1.5 inch root. Then transplanted after 2 weeks seed cap still on plant not even up a 1/4 inch in height. Very happy with purple Ghost. Very dissatisfied with Black Sugar and White Widow. I always germinate the same way. Distilled water in paper towel covered and kept at approx. 72 degrees Fahrenheit in the dark. Not happy with last order of Black Sugar and White Widow. Still have faith and babying the one White Widow I transplanted. Would not order either again. Out of last order of 8 seeds, tried 3 with 2 failures and the third not doing as well as it should. Perhaps you could replace with some seeds that will germinate quickly and grow with similar properties of Purple Ghost.

Bought (3)Bruce Banner Auto's. One seed took 11 days to germinate, other two seeds within 2-3 days. Germinated in wet papertowel in tupperware container @ 70°F. My problem is the shells never came off the seedlings After a few days i tried to assist but no luck. I wasnt able to get them apart hence no Bruce Banner Auto this season Ive never encountered this before Needless to say Im dissapointed Do you have any recommendations or solutions to my problem? I'm cultivating since many years, germinating in rockwool, using a heating matt and distilled water. I always had great results ... until my experience with Seedsman. Out of 6 seeds only 1 germinated! It never happened before with other suppliers. Either the seeds are very old, or have been stored in bad conditions. On top of this it took 3 weeks for the delivery, since the transport company couldn't find my package. Very disappointing! It was my first and last order with Seedsman. Flo
