“I asked for the pallet to be collected on Friday but driver said collection point was closed. I got in touch with the collection point and it was open with stFf until 5.39. I understand the weather was bad but when we arranged for it to be collected on Monday and delivered next working day it was a day late. The”

“Delivery was arranged and they did not appear. The company did not have the decency to phone to let me know they were not attending and as a result I still had to pay people who were here to assist me as I have a heart condition. I was not informed that you only did kerbside deliveries. I therefore wasted a full day.”

“Received email advising me my item would be delivered on Thursday 8th February, driver phoned me on Thursday saying he was here with my item ( gearbox) only to discover it was not on the truck after he phoned his depot he said there was a mistake and it would be delivered next day Friday. After waiting several hours on Friday I phoned you only to be told it was still there and I would have to wait till Monday I received on Monday but the delay ment that the garage waiting to refit my gearbox couldn't do it for four days later due to your delay so I am not at all happy”
