“Utterly ridiculous customer service, from an absolutely horrendous company.
I ordered flowers and paid extra for the guaranteed next day delivery service. I got a notification the following day that my flowers were out for delivery. Checked order tracking throughout the day several times and each time it showed that my order was still out for delivery, and delivery window was between 8am and 8pm. I contacted them after 8pm and got told that in exceptional times, they could deliver between 7am and 9pm. After 9pm, with still no delivery, I contacted them again. They raised it with their courier who 'apparently had a backlog with orders because of adverse weather'. I advised that I had used the 'guaranteed' service and basically got told that because of the 'adverse weather' they wouldn't be offering a refund or re-delivery of the flowers, even though that's what their guarantee advises. Horrible service, from a company who only care about taking your money. Avoid at all costs.”
“Received flowers from neighbor still in box for Christmas, on opening the box I couldn't believe the lack of quality. 3 half dead carnations, 3 Michaelmas stems and two bits of woody greenery 1 sprayed silver. I was disgusted that any florist would send this out. I'm not sure how much was spent because I didn't want to embarrass my neighbor by asking her, but I would not give more than £1 for the contents”
“I ordered the Vibrant Sorbet bunch for my wife’s birthday.
When she opened the box we were both very disappointed.
We basically received a £7.99 bunch of petrol station quality flowers which cost us £24.99.
I contacted customer services to be given a link to their Terms & Conditions..
So avoid this company and use a local florist or simply go to the petrol station and buy them yourself!!

“Don't bother ordering from these charlatans. They may have been good previously, but they've clearly taken the corona virus situation as an excuse to call it in. A week early I ordered some flowers for my mother to commemorate what would have been her 40th wedding anniversary to my recently passed father. Trying to bring a glimmer of joy on a very difficult day. SerenataFlowers messed this up. After a week, my order is still 'being prepared'. You'd think that if there had been a problem in all that time, they could have let me know so I could attempt to organise something else, but due to their immoral incompetence, a very difficult day was made much worse.”
