Never deal with this company. Non-existent customer service, give false information, no consideration for shipping items. Not fit to conduct business for customers or suppliers. Should be closed down.

Compré un artículo en Amazon y me decía que me llegaba el Sábado por Seur. Me manda Amazon el tracking diciendo que el mismo Sábado lo recibiría. Eran las 13:50 horas y recibo un email de Seur diciéndome que el envío había sido pospuesto a otro día POR NO ENCONTRARME EN MI DOMICILIO A LAS 14:30, O SEA 40 MINUTOS DESPUÉS.( tengo pruebas, saqué un pantallazo al móvil, con la hora real y con el aviso de Seur) PARA QUE LO ENTENDÁIS, ERAN LAS 13:50 HORAS Y ME AVISAN QUE A LAS 14:30 NO HABIA NADIE EN MI DOMICILIO. 🤗DE LOCOS. Acaso era un agujero de gusano?, acaso yo había sido abducido? Habían desaparecido 40 minutos, quizás el transportista había viajado en el tiempo y yo no iba a estar en esos 40 minutos?, quien sabe. Me puse en contacto con Amazon contándoles este extraño expediente paranormal digno de cuarto milenio y en 30 minutos tenía al de Seur llamándome por teléfono que le dijera como llegar a mi domicilio, por suerte llegó y pude recibir el paquete. Si no fuera por Amazon ahora estaría en shock, hubiera preferido ver al chupacabras, algún ovni o algún ente demoníaco por causa de este suceso extraño paranormal tan traumático del que ya estoy recuperandome gracias a Dios.

After 14 days, 20 + phone calls, finally found out where they had left my parcel, had to go and collect it. Contents packing damaged. Won't ever order anything on line if DPD/Seur has anything to do with it. Note. If you have problems with Seur, ring Andre on 933368585, the only helpful person in Seur. The rest of em, pay peanuts, get monkeys.

First time i had a purchase which was delivered by SEUR it took 3 months to find it in a perfumerie store(!) With a lot of detective work by myself! It was 3 cases of golfballs from UK. Now i ordered an electric bicycle for my son from Fiido which is a serious and legit enterprise. If i knew they would send it with SEUR i wouldn’t have ordered it! 3 weeks of constant lying about not finding adress, tried to deliver etc! They NEVER contacted me by phone or email and today i found out they’ve sent it back to Germany!? SEUR its the shittiest, most retarded and pissing on people company ever existed! Any supplier, producer or seller who are using SEUR for shipping will lose serious business and sales, any brand connected with SEUR will be infected! Guilt by association! For god sake companies, show some pride in your business and DONT USE SEUR!!

Worst couriers ever although DHL come close. They lied about attempting delivery giving all usual excuses , wrong address , unable to find address, nobody in etc but my favourite was unable to deliver because of the weather ! .You cannot respond to their no reply emails, get no response from so called customer support ,trying to contact them by phone is almost impossible .After 8 days into a given 2/3 day delivery slot my delivery was sent to a collection point ......6Kms from my home leaving me with little or no chance to collect it !.

these criminals never delivered my amazon package and are not responding. I am boycotting amazon as long as they work together with seur

I would give them a 0. I have had items sent to me on two occasions and they failed to deliver it correctly both times. They said the address incorrect even though it was correct on their site. They also failed to get in touch to let me know that a delivery had been attempted. I had to chase it up both times and their calls go straight into the answerphone and someone gets back to you 4 days later. Terrible service.

Worst shipping experience I have ever had. I paid twice as much because they guarantied a 24/48h delivery and it is past that time window and the parcel is nowhere to be seen. There is no way to contact the company (other than the paying helpline in which you are made to wait 15 minutes). I CANNOT STRENGHTEN THIS ENOUGH! PLEASE PEOPLE, FIND ANOTHER COMPANY!

It is almost two weeks since Seur contacted me to say the my package was being delivered on that same day. Two hours later the only other email that I have received from them told me that the delivery had in fact already been attempted 15 minutes prior to the prior notice I was given. Since then, no response despite sending emails and trying the phone number. Hopeless!

WORSE SERVICE EVER This is actually the first time I write a review - but there have been too many problems with this company in the past - I live in the countryside on the Balears..they never ever managed to deliver to where I live - nor do they phone me to arrange a meeting point in the village near where I live...wich all other companies a capable of - one week ago I received an email saying my parcel will be delivered same day - nothing happened - next day nothing happened again - so to make things more easier I redirected the parcel online to be dropped off at my local Seur Drop Off Point...next day looked online and it said it will be delivered there same day - guess what? nothing happend..today, 5 days later I looked online and saw the status of my sending was changed to'there is a problem with the adress' please enterinformation to solve this???? so I placed a complaint and phoned customer service but until now - I don't have my parcel..never ending story..I have no idea how a company like this can survive....

Yes, be SORRY because SEUR sucks BIG TIME! WHERE IS MY PARCEL??Presumably your drivers collect their parcels for the day and head off. Unbelievable that they can`t find one`s address when all info, tracking number, name, address, email, zip code, mobile number is issued. Seems their time is spent drinking coffee and smoking and when they have had enough they head back to the depot and report that they could not find the address. REALLY??? WE PAY for deliveries. Your client service is a disgrace. You expect me to drive 45 minutes to Eiras in Coimbra to collect my parcel, because your stupid driver could not find my house!!! One sits for days at home waiting and no SEUR deliveries. You are a disgrace to the people of PORTUGAL. You don`t even answer your phones. Employ people with the correct skills and customer service experience and issue your drivers with phones and GPS`s...surely this is not rocket science

We live in Benitachell on Costa Blanca and ordered a "Throw" from Amazon Spain on line. Received an email from SEUR stating that it would be delivered on Friday, but they tried to deliver it Thusday, when we were out. We phoned them and after holding on for about 15 minutes on a premium rate 902 line, managed to speak to someone with limited English, who told us it was out for delivery on Friday. One of us remained at home all day and it didn't arrive. We phoned again on Friday with similar delays and they assured us it would be delivered on Monday. Again we waited to no avail and emailed them with no response. On Tuesday we phoned Amazon and spoke to someone in English, who called SEUR whilst we were holding on and the could not even give Amazon a satisfactory answer. Amazon are refunding our money and said that in the unlikely event of our product arriving, we could keep it. The SEUR website says they have an English speaking section. THEY DON'T. DON'T USE THEM!

I strongly recommend not to use SEUR INTERNATIONAL services. My bike was collected on 16.3.18 from Barcelona and I’m still waiting for it to be delivered. I had to contact the Depot myself because SEUR SPAIN don’t speak the language. ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL!!!!

Awful service. They don't have a proper phone to call, and they answer only after insisting several hours. Deliveries are delayed, or postponed by them, and they claim you were not present (a lie). Finally you have to pick the package at their center few days later, as they refuse to deliver even if it is their fault. AVOID THEM

purchased an item from the UK, was estimated it would take 12 to 14 days for the package to arrive, its been over a 35 days. The seller is even at a lost with SEUR.

Everything is wrong with them. They do not deliver the packages on time, then they claim it was delivered. They cannot find my apartment even though i live in a city and all other delivery services have no problem finding it. Amazon uses them and i hate it every time they do because they are absolutely the most incompetent company i have ever seen. They should be out business with their service.
