“All these other Blu-Ray DVD companies are legit and sell quality product. They also sell fully licensed product, not stolen and unlicensed image, logos, and artwork from major studio films they have NO RIGHTs to dom, as redbubble does constantly. They are a complete BOOTLEG company and terrible customer service as well.
The companies i mention above are alll 100% legit and offer customer service. and OWN the rights to the products they release.”
“I first placed an order pre the mid year sale and they sent me the wrong discs. Because I'm an international customer it's not worthwhile to chase and I just placed a new order with some additional items. My order was cancelled by Severin with no explanation and notified me I would be refunded (which I have not been). So following their process I emailed them for an explanation and was basically told to 'f*ck off' with a form response which had nothing to do with my actual enquiry. So because I still wanted the items I placed another order for them. They took my money and immediately cancelled the new order (advised of refund but not actually refunded). If I could give then a negative rating I would. Borderline criminal.”
