Hello Paul, Thank you for your feedback, and I'm sorry you were not 100% satisfied with your order. The digital printing process used for your order does not involve ink 'colour matching'. Your design was printed straight from the design you created online (including the colour chosen). Therefore, the colour printed, was the one you selected during the design. process. Unfortunately, minor variations in computer screen resolution/brightness etc. can sometimes produce slight colour variations from that expected on the finished product.
