“Ordered a 50l compressor on Friday which arrived on Tuesday. Unfortunately on opening the packaging, there was some damage. After a conversation with the customer services team SGS arranged to collect and replace on the same date which was most convenient to us.
Problems will always arise, but how a company manages these is a measure of quality.
Very happy and would use SGS again.”
“Absolutely scammers , waited more than 2 months for delivery, then was pushed from pillar to post when I called from tracking information, done a charge back via credit card , they challenged this and provided a false POD , I didn’t receive this delivery some £290 … avoid at all cost unless you want to loose your money”

“Return 230260 - you have now had my return for over 6 weeks and yet I'm disappointed as you have still not refunded me. I've spend alot of time on trying to get this resolved.
I have told you on numerous occasions what the parcel looks like, sent proof of return , photos and answered your repeated questions over and over again. You have made promises to escalate to management and contact me and you constantly fail. This is most disappointing and not acceptable.

“Brought some gas shocks for my campervan they sent the wrong ones out!! was told just to send them back which I did .I was reassured that they would get the correct one sent to me straight away because I was going on holiday.. It took me over a month of emails and and phone calls as no one could answer me where my gas shocks where after 2 months I and no replacement or refund I finally had a woman talk to me like a idiot then she sent me an email refusing me a refund or replacement ..To this day they still have my money and gas shocks absolutely disgusting behaviour from a so-called professional company refusing to send out a refund or my gas shocks .. Refund agreed for non receipt of goods, email stating 5 - 7 days for cleared funds to hit my account, day 8 no refund called Abigail Hughes who apologised on behalf of SGS whist informing me that I would receive the cleared fund by 5pm - Yet again SGS failed to forefill there agreement.
Day 9 - again called to check what is going on and why such a simple process is taking longer than the time scale that they had told me, got put through to a jumped up arrogant manager who told me that he has now decided that he won’t be giving me the refund clearly agreed via email and that he thinks that it’s ok for customers to pay for goods that they never receive.
SORRY SGS BUT THIS MATTER IS NOT CLOSED AND WILL BE DELT WITH VIA TRADING STANDARDS AND THROUGH THE SMALL CLAIMS COURT.
DO NOT THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY PURCHASING GOODS VIA THIS COMPANY AS YOU WILL BE SCAMMED OUT OUT OF YOUR HARD EARNED CASH.
