“I ordered a small electric standing desk,to fit my narrow office space, after a lot of searching. The desk works brilliantly, easily and stabily rising and lowering. Even with the small 80*60 size I needed, I can fit my treadmill underneath. Transformed my home office.”

“Outstanding customer service with a personal touch. I ordered a stand-sit desk from Shape as they were one of the view companies which offered smaller sizes. The desk arrived promptly but unfortunately, the tabletop had a few marks on the side where it wasn't handled with care by the courier. However, the company replaced the tabletop quickly with next-day delivery. Very happy with my desk, which is excellent quality and very happy with the customer service I received. Can only recommend this company.”

“I'm delighted with my sit stand desk. I needed a narrow one for an alcove and all the other narrow ones I found were too big. This is perfect and I already feel so much better for having it. Mark was so helpful and also gave me really useful advice about how to choose the right chair. I really appreciate the advice and service and I'd recommend the company to anyone. “The desk arrived with the wrong top piece (I received white; I had ordered walnut). Because I needed to use the desk immediately, I had to just accept the wrong colour and assemble it anyway. The machining of some of the parts was so poor that the components did not fit together properly, requiring two people to wrestle the pieces into position in order to fit the screws in places. And the top piece had no guide holes or anything else to indicate where the frame or other components should be attached. I had to carefully measure out where the frame should be attached to be sure it was central and well-balanced, so assembly took ages. This was all especially disappointing given the astronomical price of the product.”

“We've bought 2 desks from Shape Posture seating, both were delivered very quickly. The second desk suffered some slight cosmetic damage in transit and after a quick phone call with Mark, a replacement part was dispatched without any fuss. Lovely people to deal with who provide great service and support.”

“Ordered a DeskRise SPS3. Order was promptly confirmed and received a call to advise estimate delivery date. Received an email on date of delivery just a few days later and the driver offered some advice on construction too. Desk is great, all works as expected and operates quietly. Inclusion of some 3M sticky cable ties much appreciated. Very minimal wobble on this desk, more present at the max height of course, though not noticeable at all at 110cm with typical computing usage.”
