“First off let me start by saying ship your car now does not ship your car The contract somebody to ship your car and the contractors they use are not very responsible my car was a week and a half late from the date that they told me it would be here I missed three days worth of work because nobody informed me that they wasn't coming on the date that they told me they were coming, the dispatch was impossible to get in contact with would not even text me back, I was told I will receive pictures of my car as it was loaded on the transfer truck I never received any of those pictures I missed three days worth of work causing me to lose $425, they refused to give me a refund of anything, the customer service was horrible, they could not even get in contact with dispatch to let me know when my car will arrive finally when they got in contact with dispatch he set a date and it was still 3 days after that before I received my car, let me state again ship your car now does not ship your car they contract somebody and the people they contract they know nothing about, I would definitely get my car shipped by someone else I would not use this company. “Great communications at the start. But the “all in” price I was quoted did not, in fact, include custom broker fees. I knew I’d have to pay taxes, but I was assured the quote included the customs brokerage costs. Well, I had pay those fees too at the last minute, out of pocket. I was offered a refund of part of those fees upon delivery, and I agreed to that. But now that delivery is complete, and I have sent several emails, there’s no communications, and no sign of a refund. It feels like they got my money and that’s good enough for them. If I get some communications and the promised refund, my rating would go up a bit. But right now, I feel burned.”

“Always professional, always reliable, stays in constant communication. For this trip we had our vehicle ready to go, the trip fell through because the driver got sick. They were able to find us a new carrier with no change to our timeline. Reasonably priced. Wouldn't want to go anywhere else.”

“This company is off the chain. I just shipped my car from Northern California to Massachusetts and I did a random google search and landed on this company. The moment I called, Joseph Gorfien picked up the phone and he was very kind, patient and worked with me to ensure I got a good deal. My car was not picked up on the day they said they would because one of the drivers had some issues and got delayed, this is expected when shipping a car as there are so many moving pieces and things you cannot control. Joseph and his team kept in touch and Karina from Viva Express which is the other company that helps with some of the routes kept texting me to keep me updated as to when my car would be picked up. All the drivers that were in possession of my car kept me updated when the car was handed over to them and they were so polite. If you need to ship a car I highly recommend this company. I kindly ask that you leave room for the unexpected and be patient with the drivers because there are many variables they cannot control”

“I was given a motorcycle to me from my brother that's not only sentimental but symbolic of my father that I had lost I put off picking up or having it delivered thinking it was going to be way too much hassle. My brother found a company called shipyourcarnow and did a conference call with Carrie Hood it was unbelievable how easy and affordable she made this. She had contacted me on her private time to share with me her story of her father and how important she knew this was to me. I can't express how that made me feel and how amazing she is I would recommend this company very strongly. Do not put off your dream. Let this company with their capability make it happen. And the delivery drivers were knowledgeable very kind and on time this whole group and people they work with are completely amazing. Again thanks for all your help now I'm going to go ride my Harley”

“Recently shipped my car from Phoenix to Texas. I called a handful of places for a quote and found everyone to be pushy, rude or unhelpful. When I got to your company I spoke to Carrie Hood. AMAZING! She was helpful and explained how the industry worked. She even offered to answer more questions for me as I search even if I don't go with them. Because of her, I decided to use ShipYourCarNow. She stayed on top of things, was timely answering my questions and my car was delivered safely. Thank you Carrie! Customer Service DOES matter :)If I have shipping needs in the future, I will be using your company.”

“I contacted this company for my car to be shipped from South Carolina to Pennsylvania. First things first, they pretend they have drivers in which they outsource with different smaller companies to whomever chooses the left overs via what they quote you! My car was sitting on a national load board for a week. Finally I spoke with the driving company. The gentleman was nice and told me about the scheduled pick up.in which they stated he would be there Thursday By 3. He then called back and said if anything would I be ok with Friday bc the driver was coming from Texas and there are driving restrictions, I told them it would have to be early Friday in which my grandparent had a very emergent appointment that afternoon. Thursday comes, 3 pm, nothing, I call the driver then said no later than 6! 7 pm comes I call, he states he’s in Myrtle beach and is it ok if he picks up by 9 I said sure! 9 comes nothing I finally get a text after 10 stating he had an issue and couldn’t make it. I was like ok but in the morning I need you there before 10 your only 1 hour away. The car wasn’t picked up until 8pm! Then on the drop off date he’s late in which I had arrangements for my brother to be there. No one should have to wait around, but get a make sure you have your money text! How unprofessional”

“After having received some very bad advice on how to get my my 2018 Lexus LC500 shipped to me from Florida to Texas, I had given up hope on being able to get my new car by the weekend. It was at this point that I was referred to shipyourcarnow.com. This was Thursday and I was expecting a reasonable 3-4 day turn around. Imagine my shock when I received a call from the driver on Friday morning asking if it was OK if they delivered the car on Friday night! 24 Hour turn around! The car was delivered professionally and without flaw. Under Promise and Over Deliver. This is how to deliver Customer Service! I should have gone with shipyourcarnow.com to begin with and so should you.”

“I was told my truck would arrive 7/18/20 in the morning, it was picked up the evening before. I tried calling around 3 pm finally got my call returned stating driver was having an issue and may not arrive until next morning but assured me the driver would call. At 3 pm on 7/29/20 I started trying to reach Jason again, he wouldn’t return my calls but had the driver call me. Driver said he was 1 1/2 hours out. 2 hours later I called driver who said he was still 1 1/2 hours away. 2 hours later 8:30 pm he shows up saying he picked up my truck in Dallas, it was coming from Houston None of these people can tell the truth. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone . Shop around and find a reputable transportation company that will communicate and be honest. They were recommended by the dealer I bought from I hope the dealer learns from this and uses someone else. Jason can’t be trusted.”

“Gary and Ryan were helpful in arranging shipment from NV to FL when another broker kept stringing me along without results. Gary promised to keep me informed of progress once a carrier was located, but, the next call I received was from the carrier and I never heard from Gary again. Christian, the driver, was courteous, careful and quick. The car was delivered on the 6th day. There was no damage in transport. Value for this service is a relative thing because it is a dynamic marketplace with brokers mostly sharing a common system, so that insight and secondary relationships play some role. ShipYourCarNow came through where another company could not. IMHO the price was about 10% higher than it should have been, and communication after the carrier was in the loop could have been better, but they got the job done.”

“I called Eddie Mellul and was very impressed with the whole process in shipping our vehicle to Newport. They promptly picked it up and delivered it sooner than they quoted. That was wonderful!!! The driver was very professional and pleasant. Thank you all for your help. I highly recommend Ship Your Car Now! They are great!”

“Purchased a new vehicle in Delray Beach, Florida and needed it shipped to the Tampa area... The delivery couldn't have gone smoother. I worked with Eddie, and even though I has time issues that changed twice, but he was able to adjust the transport to meet my schedule easily and and was always very accommodating to my needs. I highly recommend them, and plan to use them in the future. I've used another carrier before and never got as high a level of customer service! Lynne”

“If you care about your car get and covered trailer!!!!!! I should have known this. To start— Good pickup, good communication but I wrapped the car because it was high value car. My bad because they later use that against me saying the could not see car. Even though I had picks of the car from before wrap. Wrap blew ofF in some sort of wind storm. Still good with that happening. Car shows up with so much dirt and sand. Still ok until I washed car and found the car had scratches all over it from sand and dirt. Call customer service nothing they can do. I had car buffed out for 200.00 and they would not even split bill. Worse part, they were suppose to show up at 2:30, get a call took a wrong turn 1.5 hours alway. Was told they would show up at 3:40? No show I call and they finally show up 2.5 hours later at 5:50. Not sure what they were doing?? Ever heard of GPS? Will not use again!!”

“I was given an estimated date of Monday 1/13/20. It is now 7:08 pm the contract states that the dispatcher will call you within 12-24 hours. I have not received and call yet why because my vehicle was just picked up. I was rushed to make the payment on Friday 1/10/20 guaranteeing my vehicle to be picked up that day by Abe Tarzy. This was not true I was told that I would be given a number where I could communicate with the dispatcher nope, I continuously was pushed to voicemail but, curiously the shipment company could always get in contact with this person. I should have taken heed to the reviews of poor communication, and delivery date being unreliable. If you like complete transparency, constant communication, and honesty this is NOT THE COMPANY FOR YOU. This was a lesson learned. This a company you may want to pass by.”
